I'm 41 and I've been with my husband since I was 16. He was my first and only praise God. Kierra just gave wonderful advice. Sex confuses things. You don't know if the relationship is based off the emotions vs love. There isn't a lot of support on such matter. God's way is always the best way. Great video.

#LateCommentAlert I'm from Alabama and we don't normally bake our "yams", we cook them on the stove, so the oven baked was different for me. It really is a simple dish, we typically don't utilize the vanilla extract. Put the butter, Brown & White Sugar, Cinnamon OR Nutmeg, I personally add a little black pepper in mine, into the boiler with the yams. Small amount of water then cover.
My favorite singer Karen Clark-Sheard . Lord I admire you & listened to The Clark Sisters daily. Your music Helped me to stay off drugs & away from the wrong people.

Try Brown Sugar, the molasses in it gives u a flavor that will put ur candied yams at the top of everybody's list.

Brown sugar has a bold flavor and white sugar have no flavor at all. I use brown sugar too.
Brown sugar nooo the molasses in the sugar gives it an acrid taste. White sugar allows some of the flavor of the potatoes to come through not mask it.

I love these videos. Your mother is so right. Love and cherish your parents and grandparents while you still have them. Im 23 and lost both of my parents and all my grandparents and life looks and feels completely different. I also learned how to cook from all of them. Those memories made in the kitchen are beautiful. Cooking and remembering who taught you and that food is something I can share and pass down to my future children. Praise be to God that all of them are inside of me and inside the recipes they shared with me.
