I keep hearing about the Royal P typewriter on the Austin Typewriter Ink Podcast. I like how the typing keys are formed. Is it nice to type upon? Hope to find one of these soon! Aren't they lovely machines? I have Five Royals now. Quiet De Luxe, Royal KGM, Royal 10, Royalite Portable, and my latest a Royal Sabre from a former typing teacher in my area.
Many people may prefer the Royal P model because of its variety of color designs. While the early O model and the P model are practically the same, another reason might be the Vogue font, which is considered the most beautiful among typewriter fonts and is predominantly found on the P model. As I mentioned in the video, if we consider practical usage, I would recommend the third design of the O model. Of course, collectors tend to prefer the P model.
