Looks like a fun bikepacking trip. Hard climbing but it's fun. I'm bikepacking in here in east coast but I'm heading to my first west coast bikepacking trip now. Thanks for this great video. 👍
Your video is really professional and I liked the “relaxed” spirit 😄 For me it is always more about going far and to the limit. Maybe I will try a more chilled approach to Bikepacking someday!
6:17 I have to admit, for a second there, I was really impressed that you were walking back to camp with a freshly kilt rabbit for dinner. Then I realized it was just a log.
How long did it take you to get back to the car on day two? Thinking of riding from the saddle to big caliente hot springs (maybe camping, maybe doing it in one go) and trying to understand how big of a ride it would be with the elevation!
You were so close to Santa Barbara’s hidden little gems. Just had to go three more miles. If you did go there thanks for not posting pictures of it. The Locals would like to keep the place a forgotten secret and if you didn’t and go back and find it don’t tell anybody where it is or post any pictures please
Romero Canyon wow that brings back memories of my time at UCSB and just getting into mountain biking!! Good stuff!
Thank you so much for doing this video and provide directions as wife and I are ready to embark into trying bikepacking. Cheers and be safe! 😊
Fantastic ..I enjoyed that as much as you guys did. .! Looked hot there ..!
Looks like a fun trip. I really want to start bikepacking. You two did a great job with the video.

How do you take enough water with you? Maybe it's only me but I need to drink a ton so I don't get dehydrated.
Luv it
bring all the water you need?
