It´s RNG based if it really work i think. but i just spammed the Square Button so hard to get that to work. Otherwise he just get down to the ground again and attacked me at 6 Lifebars and another time on 3 Bars remaining. This was the only time i got that to work.

@@Kiteki98 No RNG involved. Horizontal slash is just one of those attacks that counts as a high priority stagger (similar to many Peter Pan cheese strats). The timing is much tighter for Horizontal slash, but you can keep several bosses (all humanoid bosses that don't have HP gates) stunlocked in this way. If you don't have berserk charge you can even use Genie and reset your combo by switching his drive form in those fights that allow summons to achieve the same effect.
