Here is a list of teams that are SUPPOSED TO have the 3-3-5 playbook on defense. It's documented that some of these are wrong in the "Road to the College Football Playoffs" H2H Mode online - however. I coach HS football and am a defensive coordinator and been running the 3-3 stack for multiple years. It definitely frees up the LBS in the blitz game. Then with twist and stunts up front the Oline never can tell where exactly the pressure is coming from. It definitely a spill and fill defense we want you to bounce it outside and we will fill in the alley
I think an issue I have on defense is I just haven’t spent the time. I think so much about how to innovate on offense and never do the same for defense. I used the 3-3-5 and I switched to 4-3 because I was getting lit up in the running game without 7 in the box. But I’ll give the 3-3-5 another shot after this. Thanks as always
You never specify what play you're choosing. You just go to the 3-3-5 stack, scroll a few times and choose a play but you never tell us. Later you say something about Cover 3 but WHICH Cover 3 play?
Love this. I need all the help I can get! With Madden only being a few weeks out, how do you foresee the community splitting for Madden/CFB ultimate teams? Do you think a lot of people will go back to Madden once it comes out or will it be a pretty 50/50 split? Just curious how the comp scenes will be for each or if CUT will even have an MCS style of pro platform
I didnt realize TCU was suppose to have 3-3-5 playbook. They definitely give me the 3-3-5 tite playbook online considering I have a 3-4 Odd which I did find strange since they never use 3-4 irl. Good to know! I wonder if/when they will change this.
What play or plays do you recommend running out of this formation to stop the run? I think you said cover 3 but the play art you show at the beginning doesn't look like cover 3
The alignment when showing blitz looks NOTHING like what I’m seeing in your video. This looks nice, wish I could try it. When I show blitz my linebackers mug the gaps.
Id the middle linebacker as the Mike, bounce to the opposite a Gap with your RB. Only person left to beat is the free safety. You're welcome. 335 tite is better because you can shift your linebackers into a stack alignment with the 335 penny
Bounce to the opposite a Gap that the mlb chooses with your running back after you id him. He'll have to blitz his linebackers then you hit him with outside zone, man and cover 3 beaters
335 high odd and 335 3 high are sleepers too. They have to hit the outside but none of yours safety's are in run fits because of their depth and alignment, so they'll basically fly down unblocked if it's a run. The pass game is cooked except for sometimes underneath in the flats. Just lab with it you'll see what I'm saying. It forces your opponent to be patient where they'll eventually make a mistake with a pick fumble or turnover on Downs.
Only certain teams allow it. I play with miami and Arkansas alot. I'm allowed to sub at least one saftey in at the linebacker position. Try making the sub without pausing the game. There's a sub button when ur picking ur play.
33 stack has 3 high and 3 high odd. 335 tite has heavier personnel with the 335 penny, split and mint which is different than 33 mint because once again you have heavier personnel. Both playbooks are incredible and try to accomplish the same thing. I'll use the 335 tite with teams who have stronger players in the front 6 with good man coverage secondary. Use the regular 335 if you have very versatile dbs and a front 6 that has more speed than strength
3 high and 3 high odd in the 335 stack are vicious formations. It can stop everything and if your opponent is good and you know how to cover he has to be patient. Takes away the bombs qb scrambles and most runs
Nickel 3-3 Stack in the Tite playbook has the lineman and linebackers slightly wider alignment than the normal 3-3-5 stack, but a lot of these run stopping principles still apply. Playcall wise, you get access to 2 high safety look, cover 4 drop, and matching Cover 4 Quarters/Palms. I don't remember regular 3-3-5 Stack having access to these coverages.

This is awesome Zan. I’ve been rocking 3 High from Day 1. This is another tool to add to the toolbox.

in this game you don’t need any innovation on o
You never specify what play you're choosing. You just go to the 3-3-5 stack, scroll a few times and choose a play but you never tell us. Later you say something about Cover 3 but WHICH Cover 3 play?
It’s the 3rd page click down 2-3 times it’s cover 3 drop
Yeah I was annoyed he didn't tell us either
Me to 😂 though yup imma be using Cover 3 Drop more
I prefer match zones, will this work the same way using match instead of drop?
Literally just put up 70 on someone in my dynasty while he was using the 3-3-5 defense against me😂. RB had 14 carries for 247 yards

Good gameplan I actually have a chance now at 1 STOP per game 😂
Any chance your next gameplan is UGA offense
Got a sub buddy

Used the D# was killing with Florida came back the next day 😢and it’s not in my playbook when I play online
Thanks for the tip Zan

Me scouting this to look for weaknesses to run the ball even better 👀 lol

bum lol one of the easiest games to pass and you still brainlessly run the ball
Do you need d-line Abilities to stop the run?
Stop iform stretch plz
Been dabbling with this formation and noticed you cannot sub in safeties at the LB positions

Nvm I see what your saying
How do you bring up run fits?
Hold R2 then hold L2 then square or circle
What do I have to press to show blitz ??
What is a good option for Alabama?
I need a video on creating Playbooks
How did you check run fits????
Hold R2 then hold L2 then square or circle
Did they take run fits out? Sorry if you discussed it, just don’t have time to watch whole vid

Whats the difference between the 3-3 stack found in the 335 tite and the one that’s in this playbook

Most of the non nickel and dime formations in the 335 tite plays with more ss than cbs. The personnel is a little different

the 33 stack in the tite formation when you show blitz it brings the linebackers into a double a gap
In real life that tight end would be benched
How do we stop the stupid rpo bubbles? I lost a game because the dude was spamming that and then deep balls to Nyck Harbor
Cover 2 HARD FLATS. Spread your dline, make plays as a user on defense.
@@bc5208why spread D line?
How do you look at run fits on here couldnt figure it out
Hold R2 then hold L2 then square or circle
im struggling in pass defense more than run defense atm
Is the nickel double mug in this 335 playbook
Yup
tried this against a user in dynasty on Heisman i got ran all over this is mad suspect.. straight sent off
Hey Zan, unrelated but have you tried Madden 25 yet? It's playable (quick play only)
Is this also in nickel if you use multiple d?
How you change the run fits
Hold R2 then L2 then square or circle.
💯
He said use Deion like Deion is playing
Exactly 😂
South Carolina don't have it
I’ve noticed sometimes it shows SC as 4-2-5 and other times 3-3-5 so it probably depends on that.
There's no stopping the run in a h2h game. This game sucks balls
