Origen Adamantius is the number one systematic theologian, he was named "Man of Steele", born in a Christian home. He still holds the most profound allegorical commentaries and interpretation of Scripture. All Church Fathers have left us a rich revelatory scriptural exposée.

I dont know where you get some of your information. We have Clement of Alexandria's amazing writings (~195 AD) that line up with the rest of the Ante Nicene Fathers (70 AD to 325). Moreover, we have testimony by Eusebius in his Early Church history dating around 300 AD that Clement upon conversion traveled the ancient churches to get teaching from many direct students of Peter, Paul, James and John. He was hardly a "Gnostic" but everyone uses γνωσις gnosis (knowledge) nor did he mix greek philosophy in his christianity.

I have also noticed that many theologians cannot make the difference between a gnostic and the group who called themselves Gnostics. A gnostic is anyone who seeks to know the depths of a particular topic. The group "The Gnostics" were considered to be partially heretical. No one really knows to what extend they were in error. In the days of the Early Church, most people or groups who were prolific exegetes had serious enemies.

Was Mark an apostle? It's the first time I hear that. I've heard calling Mark a saint but never ever in my life till today did I ever hear calling Mark an apostle.

It’s assumed that he was among the disciples and Jesus when he was younger. So not quite an Apostle, but he was close to them. The passage in Mark on the Garden of Gesthemane that mentions a running young man is assumed to actually be Mark in narrative.
It's interesting that the bible never calls Mark an Apostle, although the case could certainly be made. He was definitely a missionary.

Interestingly, Origen stated in Justinian, Ep ad Mena, ( Mansi, 1X, 524) "God the Father, since He embraces all thinss, touches all things that exists....The Son is INFERIOR in relation to the Son....for he is SUBORDINATE to the Father. The Holy Spirit is still LOWER in Degree". Bit of a puzzle for the 'trinity' doctrine dont you think? ( Origen at least here shows preference to Holy scripture at 1 Corinthians 11:3 & 1 Cor 15:28) rather than pandering to greek philosophers which most of the post 2nd century 'church fathers' did!

Origen's name takes a hard G = gamma & he should not be turned into a Jemima Puddle-duck & made to appear as if taught Theology by the ladies of his household. As a consummate super-genius OriGen & not OriJen was taught directly by the Lord God - i.e. - it takes one to know one. OriGEN can only be seriously appreciated during the higher stages of APOTHEOSIS & never by bourgeois scholarly nerds. Gggrrrrrrhhhh! Why did he think the soul is immortal? Why does anyone believe that? I believe the soul will become immortal if we accept Jesus and do our best to obey Him. But I don't think we are created with immortal souls because that was how God created the angels and when some attacked God they created a problem. God had to create hell and Jesus said it was created for the devil and his angels, not us.
Where does this idea of humans having immortal souls come from? Isn't it a pagan belief?

@@masterprophet8378 ok, that doesn't help me though. Specifically what did you learn in those 28 years that allowed you to identify the specific ethnicity of all those people? I agree that we shouldn't assume they were white but it's also racist to assume that just because it was Egypt, everyone must have been black. Absent some kind of specific evidence, it would seem best to state that their ethnicity is unknown.
@@theTavis01 , no it's not, especially when you study ancient Egypt and realize that they were all Black. It wasn't until Cleopatra's days that Egypt because ethnically diverse.

The history is obvious - Origen was from *_Alexandria_* which by its very name was undeniably founded by *_Alexander_* the Great, a white European that conquered Egypt hundreds of years before Cleopatra (she was a succession in this line of Ptolemaic rulers), and Cleopatra was hundreds of years before Origen. So yeah, if Cleopatra is your best evidence after 28 years of study, it appears that your blanket assumptions of ethnicity are dishonest, racist, and emotionally (rather than intellectually) motivated. Sorry for the harsh truth but it is what it is.
