Hi from a fellow born again christian. Loved this video and the time that you spent with this man to help answer his many questions.
In regards to Evolution, I recently read a book by Ken Ham called 6 Days. It has hepled me when talking with others, especially with other christians who believe in Marco evolution. Maybe the book with give you new ideas of how to answer questions like on this video.
I must say that your videos deserve to get more views. God bless, Mark

Thank you for the comment and the encouragement. Yes, I am familiar with Ken Ham's work. There is always much more that can be said and I try to balance the need to provide some answers with the risk of overwhelming the person with detail, especially if they are not native english speakers. Ideally these conversations would lead to follow-ups where such detail can be further examined.

Yes true but I think this guy is genuine for asking these questions. I have the same background and had same questions he's asking. I'm Iranian and now a Hindu.

I believe in Jesus but i dont believe he died or he is God..will i still go to heaven ? If 'Yes' just tell the Iranian to follow Islam. If 'No' tell him we are no different to Islam in that only the testimony of faith will lead us to heaven.

Hey, thanks for the comment. Would it be fair to say that you "believe Jesus existed", but don't "believe in Jesus"? When Christians say they "believe in Jesus" they mean that they put their trust in his saving work on the cross, which means his death for our sins and subsequent resurrection. If that is not true for you then at best you believe that he existed, which is the same as what many atheists believe and even Satan believes. That kind of "belief" is not a saving belief.

@@christianstreetconversatio3115 Based on your questioning, i would say, i believe he is a man of God sent to guide mankind to reach God thru good works, but he is not God 'reincarnate' and God doesnt need a blood sacrifice by killing himself to save the creation he created himself and offering the blood to himself

@@aluminaterock660 Ok, then you are denying Jesus's own words about himself. Was Jesus then deluded when he spoke those words or were those words made up by someone else? You are free to believe what you will, but I'm afraid that you won't find much basis for your beliefs.

@@aluminaterock660 According to Islam, Allah created good and evil. He created evil to test people, to see if they would be obedient. But if Allah created evil: 1. How can Allah judge bad people? Allah needs to test you. So if a thief steals from you, he is helping Allah test you. He is fulfilling Allah's will just as much as you are. The thief tested you, and that was Allah's purpose for creating evil in the first place. So how can Allah judge the thief? The thief helped Allah by testing you.
      2. How can evil be 'reduced'? Think about it. Allah himself created evil. That's a God-sized evil! How can human beings be expected to bear the load, when they can't compare to Allah? Allah's intellect far surpasses a human being. Why would he create evil when he knew from the beginning we couldn't bear this load of sin and guilt? Why?
      3. Allah can never change your nature. According to Islam, when a good Muslim dies, he is rewarded by earthly things--including marriage. That means even in the afterlife, he is a human being. His nature doesn't change. If you read Mark 12:24-26, Jesus says that when the good people die, they will become angels. They will not marry. Why? Because their nature changes. Why can Jesus change nature and Allah can't? Why can't Allah change nature? Because Allah can't get rid of sin.
