Brother I have really a great respect for army and I am a defence enthusiast. I have been to SSBs 6 times through various entries. I am also an ex NCC cadet passed C certificate with A grading. And being in NCC, I have spent fair amount of time in the Army, along with ORs, JCO and Officers.
Unfortunately the allegations that you are denying is true. I myself have experienced that many officers (not all) are highly egoistic and treat their fellow soldiers very poorly and in insulting manner. This a real issue in the Army and seriously needs to be addressed by Defence Ministry.

For those who don't know, it's one of the most famous poetry of Braj Bhasha, a language older than Hindi, which has now been relegated to the status of a dialect of Hindi. Also, Chhap Tilak was written by Amir Khusro who many in today's India would consider a foreigner who wrote this and several other prominent Braj Bhasha poems.
