- Celtic have landed their 54th Scottish Premiership title win in some style as they demolished Kilmarnock 5-0 at Rugby Park on a night of unbridled joy for their travelling support.
On-loan Norwich striker Adam Idah was given the nod to start this one ahead of Kyogo and he opened the scoring with his eighth league goal as he found space at the back-post to tap home from an exceptional Matt O’Riley assist.
Kilmarnock’s players and staff had felt there was a foul in the build-up by the big Irish striker, but the goal stood and Celtic soon doubled their lead on 12 minutes as Daizen Maeda converted a sharply struck low cross from Alistair Johnston
