Leesburg Bikefest 2023: Day 2 Main Street TURNS IT UP!

This is day two of Leesburg Bikefest 2023 after 1pm. If you have been to Biketoberfest, this is going to be very similar but it feels more intimate because the Main Street is smaller. Over 100,000 riders are expected to visit Leesburg during this 3 day event that hasn't taken place since COVID.
In the second day, there were some afternoon showers, but thankfully not heavy rain as it had been predicted.
