It's a debug item so it may be kind of hard to kind without the organized debug mod but it is titled "[DEBUG] streetDecoEP05 snowDrift large 01", it is in the debug items that came with seasons pack.
@@sydneydunn1456 thank you! it was in the debug/live edit menu as well. I'm not at my computer at the moment so I can't find the exact items name but I know it was from the Discover University pack if that helps! I can check for the item name when I am able to get back on my game though ☺️
