    Years ago I bought this knife after watching your video. Just bought the flat grind version so here I am again. Great video.

    I have a few LT Wright Knives, even the regular Genesis. I just ordered the Gen 3, I love medium survival knives and it’s nice to see LT expanding to larger blades. Thanks for the Video Gabriel, from another Gabriel lol.

      You might try the Forest Trail if you want some ideas of blades to test, it’s my favorite LT thus far.

    I kept thinking about a medieval German sword/knife throughout the video. Thanks for sharing, Gabe.

      Charles Collier it's got a medieval short sword look to it for sure. Mahalo for watching

    Holy cow, it's short broad sword. You handle it very well. Thanks for showing us this neat knife.

    That thing is beast, a 3v version would be so cool, thanks for another great vid!

    That's a big knife. Assessment of handle sounds right as it would help with chopping. A blade that thick, long, and wide wants to chop stuff, lol. Great overview.

    Gen 3 scandi grind would be my go to survival knife. I wish lt Wright made a run on that grind with 01 tool steel.

    I normally do not like kephart style knives. But I like this one.

    With a lanyard for chopping to keep it from sliding out of your hand you have a winning survival knife / belt knife. Thanks for the video.

    Handle appears a bit on the chunky side, i believe a narrower and more contoured handle would perhaps fit this knife a bit better ...beast of a blade...atb...woods

      MTwoodsrunner the handle needs a little bit of a redesign to be perfect. Mahalo for watching

    Wow that thing is a monster compared to the Genesis. Looks like it would be a work horse. I like it.

    Good looking knife...Im a big knife fan..I would rather have a saber-vex instead of a full flat-vex

    Hi, what do you think about the 440c steel bushcraft blackfox vesuvius knife? According to you is a good reliable and long-lasting choice in bushcraft companion cone time

    • @gabehumphries5483
      @gabehumphries5483  7 років тому +1

      Michele Trekkning I've never used a blackfox knife. I actually like 440c stainless steel if the heat treatment is done right. With smaller knives I almost always prefer stainless steel. Mahalo for watching
