There's any easy way to do it, but you will need another person. Put your back against a wall, bend down touching your toes, and breath very fast. Then, after 10 seconds, come up to a standing position, holding your breath and make an x with your arms with your left hand going to your right shoulder and your right hand going to your left shoulder. Keep holding your breath while someone pushes your arms into your chest. You will pass out. Make sure some you trust and is strong enough to catch you is there if not, you'll fall flat on your face.
