Got one last week. So far a rehearsal for a dep into the power in / fx return of the rehearsal room amp worked really well followed by a rock covers gig using it as a pedal at the start of the chain and occasionally kicking in Clean or Vintage Grit and it sounded great. Will experiment more and also with 4 cable method into the Darkglass Microtubes 500 that’ll give me more options than I can shake a stick at in conjunction with the Superintelligent footswitch for the amp
more gain gives a thicker tone but it never breaks up on the clean channel, volume is more of a make up gain ... I use since a year n the clean is very articulate and you only need a little bit of boost from a pedal in front to get a nice break up (I use an Origin DCX bass to boost the revolt, very nice combination ) .

I really like the combination with this preamp and your doom master. 🙃🤘
Yeah…I love that sound too…like an old transistor amp!!
On the totally clean channel, what's the difference between the 'gain' and the 'volume'? Gain on most amps would provide some grit/overdrive...

That sounds great love that
Not a bass player but like this pedal!🙂👍
I really like the way the guitar sounds though this…
Is there a enough level gain to use the Dirt channel as a “cleanish” solo boost?
