Well, I only saw Coco Boy and Chris's Laventille videos. I found this to be a very positive and informative video, and I got to know a bit about what goes on. Maybe he kept away from the negative side because of what happened to Chris. I grew up in Trinidad and it is good to see what the place looks like. Of course, these are the areas that a lot of us will never see, because we have no business there. Different UA-camrs will bring different content.

The problem seems to be that they are not doing any research or watching local UA-camrs' videos before they come. There is public transportation all over the island. There are buses and a ferry to San Fernando. He is a traveller. He should be able to explore on his own. I learned so much about south Trinidad when Sandy's Backyard Kitchen came to Trinidad. There was even a big Indian festival going on. It might have been a festival of lights. They seem to be coming without doing any research. They should also invest in tour guides. Trinidad is not a tourist island with everything put on a platter. I am not a UA-camr, but I am a solo traveler and that is what I do.
