Tbh the first title they used made the vid sound boring, that's probably why it's a 10/10 cause that title was trash and people just didn't click the vid. Sometimes they try so hard to get US viewers with $ amounts in the titles they forget to make the title sound interesting to their mostly UK fanbase. Sidemen Become Models For 24 Hours sounds like a way more interesting and fun video than $100,000 Fashion Show or whatever it was. It was a good vid once it picked up about 20 minutes in tho.
The fashion show was actually a really good watch, people need to give it a chance. The Josh carry was strong, saw a different side of him, he was a right laugh
maybe it is but I don't care for sidemen modeling vid so never even clicked it. I guess many others are similar. You mention fashion show tho, I felel that could've got more views than model in title
It was good, but the crowd was dead and the host was awkward
not only josh but everyone was on point.. i felt like everybody contributed and no one rushed or was down at mood or anything...
The pacing of the show felt really off in general. It might have been a little of editing cuts but there was just weird pauses and jokes that didn’t really land.
@@Sugma2 Crowd was the worst part, I don't think they understood what the show was trying to be, obiviously this wasn't meant to be a real fashion show, but it felt like they were treating it that way. Other than them the video was solid
The concept was weird the execution was great. Everyone committed to the character
I felt the opposite, the concept was good like project runway but just getting outfits off the shelf and walking in front of a small room of people they knew was underwhelming
The fact that all teams had dead characters shows execution was dead
Wish they did it with actual fashion styles, e.g. Y2K, dark academia, luxury streetwear. Would like to see them take a concept seriously for once. And even if they argue that it's not concept enough, they should be able to make content out of everything and it would've been funny enough seeing some of them wearing outfits they usually wouldn't
NAH THE VIDEO WAS ACTUALLY GOOD.. I dont get how it performed badly... i found it better than the airbnb video tbh i feel like the airbnb video could've had much more content but it felt weird and it felt like it was rushed...
@@arsenalatletigoldenera a lot of sidemen fans aren't willing to try new things. I personally will watch whatever the sidemen put out as long as the sidemen are in it, but not everyone feels the same way
The thing that ruined this video is the audience at the end, it has nothing to do with the performance of the video but i thought most took this too seriously did nothing most didn’t interact with the performance and most importantly most were just random friends of the sidemen who happened to have channels. they also again MOSTLY had no idea of the whole squad and it just felt like they didn’t even know what they signed for
I THOUGHT THIS TOO. if the audience was more interactive and had more banter, it wouldve pulled the video together. the host + audience just seemed all over the place. the jumpcuts were very telling
It seems as though they didn't know what to expect so the first one was an ice breaker and only 3 remained
I feel like they needed to have people they were close to like talia, lux, randy, freezy, etc as the audience rather than random youtubers they didn't know well, look at Deji he was jokes!

I was actually disappointed that no one from the troops were invited as guests. If there were more familiar faces in the crowd like cal theo chrismd chip, the video would have been a lot funnier

Its not the concept part but unnecessarily stretched out vids which make the actual concept of vid boring
Know your audience. This was a swing and a miss. I genuinely feel concerned for anyone who has the time to watch something like that. This is why holiday videos are top, it's just people living vicariously through their favourite social media influencers.

@@camelcase_4336 the video was genuinely enjoyable. The only part I didn’t like was the “podcast” section as that felt out of place. But most sidemen videos are at least A tier. But I could be biased, the Sidemen are the best UA-cam channel by far.

I don’t see why it didn’t do well, maybe because majority of sidemen fans don’t care about fashion and thought it would be a boring catwalk or something. Personally I loved it, I definitely enjoyed this more than any of the latest videos. I also thought the thumbnail was great but maybe not for everyone then 🤷🏼♀️

So odd. The grandparents & grandkids one was probably my least favorite sidemen Sunday in quite some time. The holiday ones are good, but nothing too special anymore imo. This was one of my favorite ones in quite some time and a certified classic for me. Expected it to do quite well
The video itself is good in my opinion but the first thumbnail with JJ didn't really make me want to click as much as other videos, the new thumbnail is much better though.
Agreed first thumbnail and the first title were both ass so I didn't watch it until the next day when they changed it. Vid was hilarious by the end tho.

Fashion Show was definetly better / more entertaining than AirBnB and Winter Holiday. Feel like the guys overall were way more up for it, the vibes were better, Arthur and George brilliant guests too. Holiday now is almost always the same stuff and due to the high effort some of the guys feel way to stressed out.

I know it’s difficult, but if you always try to go by views and comparing to previous videos, you will ALWAYS go back to old video ideas, which turn stale very easily (20v1, holidays, Part 2 vids etc). I thought it was a fresh idea, and the fact you’re exploring new ideas is great. It was a funny vid in execution too. One day you’ll get a huge banger if you continue exploring more “outside the sidemen” ideas
Ofcourse they are going to focus on views. Thats the whole point. If people really liked this video idea then it wouldnt be 10/10 ranked.

@@immortal5626 if I ranked the top 10 cuisines in the world, does that mean the cuisine rank 10th is disgusting and no one should eat it? Of course not. So even if it’s 10/10 doesn’t mean it’s a bad idea, it just appeals to different fanbases and is why focussing too much on views will just cause too much problems on the creator side. As long as the majority who watch it like it, its a good video imo

It was a good video yes. But they will never do that video again. Because it performed poorly. No point in doing it again. Rather try another idea
@@immortal5626 I’ve never said once they should remake this video. I said using views to say a video idea was shit is not a good way to go about things, and then remaking highly viewed videos over and over again instead of exploring ideas becomes stale
So disappointing they don't want to do the 3 peaks challenge. Like I get there's a chance fans won't like the concept, but at this point in their careers they can afford to take a few risks

Winter holiday just went on too long IMO, the guys were entertaining as always but few real LOL moments because I think they are all sort of running out of different ways to take that concept now.
This was something new and took them out of their comfort zone, you could see they really enjoyed it which made it all the better to watch.
@@colinfraser369 Not ALL the videos have to be funny from start to finish... a large number of us like to see unscripted videos where they are just being their normal everyday selves. Getting a glimpse into the normalcy is nice also.
I enjoyed the banter and vibes among all yall in this sidemen Sunday it was so refreshing and kinda recaptured the magic I felt watching the old pub vids which were the reason I started watching yall

The fashion one was brilliant but as soon as i saw the thumbnail & title i knew it wouldn't do great considering the majority of audience is young boys & last weeks video was pretty meh so people probably skipped for that reason too.
I could've done without the audience/judge bit & I think it would've been better with a random/side+ audience but overall I've been waiting for a video like this. Something out of your comfort zone & is essentially trying out different careers. The farming video had the right idea, just not great in the execution. This one was much better & i think you could apply this to loads of different careers. Careers in which young boys would be more interested in.

If the judges were pros with similar great vibes as the runway coach, it wouldve stuck the landing much better. I still enjoyed it a lot

The problem with the video is that it was definitely a rushed video and very poorly executed. The idea was great but it seems like they asked bambino to host the day of. In the video, it seemed like they had to ask random street fans and they definitely scrapped the bottom of the barrel to fill those audience seats...like I didn't know nor care for the majority of the audience members. Deji was the best one by far obviously.
It was VERY weird to see much fewer of their friends in the video. Like chip, reeve, the troops, ginge, beta squad...the video would have been significantly better if they had more of those folks show up for sure. And have Stephen tries narrate over the video. I get these are typical sidemen tropes but the formula works. Maybe they tried to purposefully change things up and make it scuffed on purpose
I thought it was perfect the way it was not too rushed but not too stretched out… also I think they invited all those people you named but people have lives aswell so it’s hard to fill the audience
i honestly think its the title holding it back because i wasn’t as excited to click it but as soon as they get to the costume department and leave the offices that video might be one of the best of the whole year

Personally It was my favourite video this year! It was funny, cool and different compared to the abundance of $ and holiday videos. It’s also had an old sidemen feel to it a bit which I enjoyed.

I loved the fashion show idea, it was something different 8.5/10 from me, if you guys would've posted another traveling video i don't think i would've watched that tbh, i don't hate traveling videos but it's quite repetitive
I thought the fashion video was so funny and really good. One of my favourite videos so far this year and I’ve seen a lot of good comments on it too so I don’t understand how it’s not getting good views. I’ve never liked the holiday videos to begin with but I’ve always watched them but now they are getting extremely boring and repetitive. So the fashion video was really refreshing to watch ❤

No definately the Fashion show was one of the better recent videos.
NO real order but here are ones I DID enjoyed:
- Sidemen become models (Vibes) (Great Guests) (watched with no break)
- Sidemen how far can you get in 24 hours (really enjoyed the stakes and seeing them try (or lack therof) (Watched with no break)
- Stay at wierdest AirBnBs (Fun watching new "interesting" location of the boys)
The Chase (these gameshow are definitely fun to watch) (Watched with no break)
- Sidemen extreme room makeover (really enjoyable)
- Sidemen Among us cooking (one of the best personally) (Watched with no break)
- Break the world record (really interesting) Deserves a part 2
- and any muckbang tbh Bangs
Ones I did NOT enjoy:
- $20,000 vs $200 Winter Holiday ( UNless there's another element I feel like these videos charm wore off)
- 20 women angry gringe and danny arrons (nothing wrong with the video, Im just over the tinder and 20 women videos)
- Kids and grandparents ( felt low effort) ( I didnt get halfway through)
- The recent Giant box of lies (felt all over the place compared to previous ones)
Theres recent ones I didnt mention - no real reason, they were probably enjoyable but the ones I didnt like I feel like they most likely just got repeated too many times.
For some reason I like all Sidemen videos except the Holidays (ik sue me guys)

I really enjoyed it. I honestly just think that the thumbnail was shite and didn't attract people. But the video was really enjoyable, one of the most enjoyable sidemen videos I watched in a while. (not saying that the other ones aren't enjoyable)
Sidemen cheap v expensive holiday but the teams have to plan the holiday
So like the good team gets 100,000 and they have to buy tickets accommodation entertainment etc.

I actually really enjoyed the video, but for me the concept and how it was portrayed was more of a play. I feel that video could have been two separate videos Fashion Show and The Sidemen do a play where you perform a play in front of an audience. As a former model I was expecting a behind the scenes, preparation of a Fashion show, I was expecting you guys to get with a modal agency where the director taught you all how to properly walk and pose, collaborate with a brand, ntw or even sidemen clothing but it would have been funny if a brand like Prada and you guys actually joined a real fashion show, or made up show but have real models and or critics. Could even be the designers for real people or go into groups, one member is the designer, the other is the model, etc. Good vid but I feel could've been curated better.

the holidays get too much when they're been too often, same for me with the among us ones actually, but those are still performing well i guess so that's good
but as he's always said, the best ones for me are where all 7 are there together, i couldnt watch last one because the concept also didnt stick with me in the start
as for the rating one with old n teen, just the comments in there only were that the teens were being mean for the sake of it, or cuz they were told so that didnt make me wanna watch it too
around 1hr works for me actually but m always with simon with most stuff, hopefully we get some all 7 together stuff soon

how does the "10/10" rating system work? whos choosing the rating and how is a 10/10 'stinky'
The 10/10 rating is something UA-cam provides, it ranks the 10 most recent uploads and compares how they're doing within the same time span and ranks the videos in order of views irc, so 10/10 would be the least viewed within 1 day, and 1/10 would be the most viewed within a 1 day time period for example.
