@@user-yx4xj6gq9m funnily, I think their two best albums are post-Tarja. I love Tarja, but Endless Forms Most Beautiful and Imaginaerum are peak Nightwish, in my opinion

Do it. The singer (Floor Jansen) has an amazing voice, and the music has (due to more band members) more depth. Not saying this here is bad ... it's a really good cover, I really enjoyed it. I just want to spread some love for the original ;-)
@@FriedrichHerschel Okay, I will, thanks for the recommendation! Actually, I've been introduced to several songs by Nightwish by a friend of mine and can't deny that they sound just great. You can certainly recognize their special vibe in this cover.
Yet it did happen to me a few times that I totally enjoyed some (not Nightwish) covers and almost hated the original versions :)

I’m somewhat new to Nightwish (if they were played in the U.S., I was unaware) but already have some favorites. Elan is one of them and this song got stuck in my head for weeks; I thought I was going to go crazy! I just found this channel today and clicked on this fully aware of what I was getting myself into again. Yep, it happened!! Love this cover.
