I would rather hire Klint Kubiak he seems to fit more of what the Baltimore Ravens seem to do best we are all familiar with his father Gary Kubiak when they won the Super Bowl he also won the super bowl when Gary Kubiak was with the Denver Broncos he runs a run first offense which would be ideal with what the ravens do He is young he has had good mentors he has worked with Christian McCaffrey Adrian Peterson and Alvin Kamara in minor roles he was also a passing coordinator and he has actually called plays which is something we never really had here I can see Steve Bischotti getting along with him due to the fact he sometimes hires inexperienced coaches and he hired Harbaugh based off a past relationship with Jon Harbaugh's dad I would look into him as possibly working towards being our new head coach
