Great video! What's wrong with saving a pin to multiple boards on a same day though? I don't see anything spammy about it as long as the pin is relevant to the board. Or is there a problem when you are doing it through tailwind only?
Hi, Marco! Well, it's repetitive and I think it is spammy because a lot of followers can see in their feeds all these repetitive pins in one day. No difference if you do this manually or via Tailwind - all these pins will be linked to the same page URL on your site. That's up to you though if you want to take the risk and save more pins a day.
This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "trading without stop loss" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Hey there! As long as each pins goes to a different product, you are safe from spam filters because you are not doing anything repetitive. You can save many pins really, 10 - 30 - 50 easier. As long as there is no repetition, it's not spammy.
Oh I have one more question that I forgot to add in my previous comment, since you are only allowed to claim one website on Pinterest when you add content from other niches that you might be involved in, does it hurt your account, for example my claimed website is a skincare website but I do have other websites and I do have group boards that cover the other niches that I am involved in. Should I continue adding content from my other websites or should I create Pinterest accounts for every website I have? If my question is not clear, I am asking can you have many niches on one Pinterest account?
I would recommend claiming each site on a separate Pinterest account - this way, each pin will be a Rich pin. When your site is not claimed on any Pinterest account, you can't enable Rich pins and you are losing a lot of Pinterest SEO advantages for those other sites.
I make anywhere between 3-5 pins per blog post and I typically just post all of those on my main blog board. Could this action be construed as spam even though it's going on my own board?
Hi Stacey! What matters here is how close to each other are the pins you are saving, if you save them back to back then yes it could be risky. If you save them with 1-day interval, you are totally fine.

If they all go to the same page URL it's spammy, if they go all to the home page of your Etsy store, it's not effective because people don't land on the exact product page and feel lost, and it's also spammy.

Hi, if the pins are similar in appearance but with completely different information and linked to different products, does that activate the spam filter? I just wanted brand consistency. I find it annoying that a “pinbot” email replies to your appeal now. So I doubt it’s a human reviewing appeals.
It can be reviewed by a human if you insist and send many requests. Initially it's automatic reply usually. If the pins have different information and linked to different pages, pins are unique for the algorithm. They can look repetitive for a human eye in my opinion, if the design elements make them look much alike and if you have hundreds of pins with the same template in a row, your audience might just stop clicking on them pins thinking it's the same thing.

You are so right Anastasia, I just received an email that one of my pins was deleted but it was not a pin that I had created myself. It was a pin that I had saved from a group board, I got so scared when I saw the email but when they said that it was nothing to do with my account I was like phew lol, by the way, did you report that pin that was stolen from you? When I just started on Pinterest, I used to report a lot of stolen pins but not anymore. I find that it takes a lot of time to search for them and report them, and the next day there will be more stolen pins. I just do this now if I see that a very popular viral pin on my account was replaced in search results by a spammy site - then I report them.
Second part of the question - when you see that message it's because the pin is still on Pinterest but the domain to which this pin is linked, has been blocked on Pinterest. So if you try to save the pin, it won't let you do it. And you also shouldn't be able to open that site by clicking through from the pin.

yes, you can do this safely just as you described. Your own boards are always priority, so first save to all relevant boards on your account and then to group boards.

I think saving too many pins to the same URL in one day (no matter to how many different boards) can first of all trigger their automatic spam filters which is already bad enough because it can get your account suspended. I don't know though how exactly the members of Pinterest support team look into accounts. They are humans and even though they must have some instructions, each person has their judgement.

Saving too many pins from many other sites can't be considered spammy because you are saving pins linked to other people, not to your own domain. Unless those pins are just from one or several other sites - then it's clear that your account is being used to promote those specific other sites. People often can get marked as spam by mistake. Did you try to get that account back through Pinterest support?

Did you think it makes a difference that I had about 47 of my own pins mixed with 200 of other people pins? I try to keep a 1:4 ratio of my pins vs others. Hi there! You should definitely monitor the activity on your group board and set some rules on your board description. Yes, you might get your account suspended if Pinterest sees any spammy activity on one of boards (and this includes your group board that you run). The wisest thing to do is to remove a member immediately if you see them posting irrelevant content to your board and are spamming. Delete duplicate pins as well.

Hi there! This could happen simply because of what Pinterest considered suspicious logins, just as an idea. In any case, you haven't done anything on your account and it was suspended in 5 min of its existence, most certainly if you contact Pinterest support they'll restore your account fast and apologize for the mistake.

Hi there! If you are usually just repinning other content, make sure that the content you repin doesn’t seem spammy. Also, I would suggest immediately removing your other group board contributors who you believe are doing spammy activities on your boards. Although I've got in touch with the Pinterest team, all the four times they've told me that my account got accidentally caught with other spammy accounts. How is it possible to be suspended 4 times by accident? I've also asked them to tell me which account they found that the activity was coming from.So, I don't know what to do, because in case I delete some of my gr. boards (since it's a lot easier cause I have many contributors) shall I minimize the probability to get caught again? @@lilaeyageloy7250 I personally have archived several of my group boards (the ones that were on my account) specifically because it was too hard to moderate them. I left just a few live and kept there only contributors who I know personally and know they are not going to spam on my boards. My general recommendation is not running group boards on your account, and even when you are using other people's group boards, it's also not much effective on Pinterest for the last 1.5 years. We just assumed that your account got suspended because of the acitivies in your group baords, but I don't know the full picture of how many times a day you normally pin, how many times a day you pin the same page URL with different pins etc. There way to many reasons why your account could get suspended, but to minimize them, I would start with cleaning up your group boards. Are you getting any benefit at all from running group boards on your account?
@@AnastasiaBlogger No, I don't get any benefits. The only reason is to gain probably more followers. For the time being, I've already deleted 3 of my gr. boards that may cause the spammy behavior. Furthermore, I'm about to be removed from the gr. boards I'm hosting on my account and I'm also a member. (Although I don't understand the reason why.) I'd like also to ask you something else. In case I remove all the pinners from a gr. board is there a risk with the pins remaining? ( to get suspended because of the pins) Otherwise I'll have to delete more gr. boards. As for the pins, that I personally pin on my boards , they don't exceed the number of 10 max. per day; although there's been a long time since my last pinning. @@lilaeyageloy7250 I removed a some users from my group boards and it was about 1.5 years ago, so Pinterest might have changed something in the procedure but I believe I had an option of deleting the user from the group board, together with all the pins saved by this user. I think it was the only option of getting rid of all their spammy pins at once, as opposed to deleting them one by one.
When you say fresh pin with new images does it mean old urls with new images or completely new urls with new images because in Alisha's latest Tailwind video she said now fresh pins means new urls

Hi there! One of the reasons why you have smaller impressions is because of the seasonality of the keywords or pin you use. Pinterest views can go up and down especially if you don’t pin constantly. But views are just that - views. What you need to focus on is your clicks and engagement!
If we download free images from pexels and used for creating pins as a background for quotes then also we might get suspended? Even in canva app we have a option of selecting image from pexel which is free so nothing to worry?
I think you might need to rewatch both videos if you didn't get it quite well. I always say to save only one of those multiple pin versions per day. You want to avoid repetitive actions in a short period of time.

They simply said I violated some of the things which I shouldn't b doing.... But its great that it works for you... But I learnt one thing.... Hi there! If you are planning to use the same shirt, I suggest you take photos of your shirts in different backgrounds and angles so it will still be a different image each time. Saving the same image with the same url will be considered a duplicate pin by Pinterest.

What do you mean? If you create a new domain, you can move all the content from your old domain and verify this new domain on another Pinterest account.

Hi, Ramesh. You can only claim your domain on one Pinterest account. And yes, if you will be posting your URL on multiple accounts, there's a high risk that it will be flagged as spam by Pinterest. You can always just repin your pins on your other account.

Hi there! If your account was banned/suspended and you have your domain claimed on that account, I'm afraid you won't be able to claim that domain on another account. You can always send an appeal to Pinterest to know the reason why you were banned

It could be a) a glitch in reporting of analytics, if so it will fix itself in a couple of days b) if the stats stay on zero for a long time (over a few weeks), then it could mean your account was penalized and in that case I'd start emailing Pinterest support and asking if they could remove the penalty.

I believe Pinterest and Amazon made some changes on their policy. But just to be safe, I would suggest redirecting to a different landing page (a blog posts) which showcases your amazon recommendations

Hey there! You can only have one claimed website per account. As long as the pins are linked to different posts, it's ok, but if these 50 posts are all you have on the site, I would create another schedule, perhaps about 20 pins a day so that you can rotate them a bit and don't have to save links to each of those 50 posts every single day.

I have a question Thank you for all the great information. I have a Cannabis accessory line where I sell T-shirts and other wearable items, and have a Pinterest account. I applied to get access to stories, and they approved my account. However I posted one story showing my jewelry, And they removed it after 24 hours citing that it violated their policies. I’m not that surprised because I cannot advertise on Pinterest due to the subject of my jewelry, but I find this weird that they manually approved my account to post stories and then pulled a story after that. One of my other stories remained posted ok. What would you suggest for someone in my situation? Hi there! Do you have any photo that doesn't focus/show that much details on the cannabis photo? I would also suggest not using images that has a big cannabis photo/drawing/figure on it. If it's a jewelry line, maybe use a photo that wears the jewelry so the focus won't be on the cannabis figure itself. I hope that made sense.

What is weird is that the story was just a slideshow of existing pins and tags I already had posted and were up for years with no problems. But i did get a huge amount of impressions when i posted it, so wondering if that somehow made Pinterest review the story pin more closely. I think honestly Pinterest's response to cannabis is a grey area, as if you look at their guidelines, they state specific restrictions, but if you search for pins you will find many pins in violation of those terms. In general social media is like this (trust me ive been in cannabis for 8 plus years) Some accounts get pulled, some do not , its really hard to know. Hello , I am newbie, and yesterday I saw a video that the guy was teaching how to get traffic to the website through Pinterest, so, we suppose to install a software called FolloweLiker, and schedule to Pin differents pictures but from the same product, and pin several times a day in the same board , linking the Website front page, he even said would be good to have several accounts to redirect to the website doing the same method. How that works for him and Pinterest accept that ? Do you know anything about FollowLiker?

Hi there! You should not be reuploading pins from other users to your account because that might get your reported and suspended. And sure, celebrity photos is fine.
It seems like you can get your account suspended for ANYTHING. I just opened a Pinterest account to help grow my Etsy business, and just today, I was uploading a bunch of pins (13 to be exact) to then begin using Ads with Pinterest, and then my account got Suspended! I don't understand. I was uploading my own pins to my own board? Who exactly did I spam? What is the line of how many pins you can create per day? What a headache. Luckily, I only put time into my Pinterest account in one week, so it's not much time wasted. Still ridiculous.
Usually there is no problem if you upload pins, even 13 in a day or more. They were not linked to the same page, right? Sometimes you can get suspended for suspicious logins from different locations at the same time (happens to people who use a VA sometimes), in these cases it's not for spammy activity. It's easy to reinstate your account if you haven't done anything seriously spammy, just submit a request with their support.
pinterest gave me a message "Could not create new board" when i tried creating a new board. NOTE:i have created more 4 boards before receiving tht message.
Hi there! It's either an error on that part or you have created a lot of boards within the span of a few minutes. I suggest to try again another day or wait for a few hours before creating another one
Hey Ana thank you for your helpful tips. I am a newbie to Pinterest marketing and I recently got my account suspended but I don't know what caused it. I pinned one pin with link to my blog on my website one day and again different pin with the same link the next day. My blogs talks about math course that is on Teachable. So, there is link to Teachable on my blog. I also had the word quarantine in my title but not in the description. The pins background image was from deviant art but that account is mine so I was technically using my own images. Pinterest deleted my account and didn't even email me. When I mailed them they said I violated the rules and said that they will not entertain any replies to this email. My account was like 3 days old so I don't have that much to loose. Hi there! It may be because they thought you were spamming. I would really suggest to upload the same pin every after 2 days and you should only not pin that same link all over. Try to repin other users' pins if you only have one link to post so that your account won't be filled with that same link.
It depends on what kind of redirects. If you changed your domain and made a 301 redirect, you should be fine. But I would still confirm by submitting a ticket to Pinterest team. If the purpose of redirect is to confuse the system and trick users, that's spammy and can result in a block for both accounts (especially if some users report or flag those pins with redirected URLs).
Hi there! I suggest to immediately reach out to Pinterest about this as it may have been a mistake on their part :) It may also be that most of your followers are bots and Pinterest have deactivated their accounts.
Why not? You will, however (and unfortunately) see when you spend more time on the platform, a lot more spam on Pinterest. And reporting it all can become your second job if you take it seriously :)

I have a travel niche and suppose I write about best places to visit in USA and there are lot of subtopics like New York, California,now in that case if I make a pin on best places in USA, I can't make pins on subtopics because according to you there should be an interval of 2 days for either same pin/same url/different boards or different pins/same url/different boards(I am talking about Tailwind scheduler only,so pin will be scheduled for 20 days in 10 different boards ),now in this case I will lose an opportunity to make pins on New York or California because there is a possibility of spamming.Like in your case you write about one topic so I can understand but in this scenario what can be done? Hi there! I don't see any reason on how you cannot promote/pin your subtopics because I would assume they are linked to different articles? Unless the URL you use is your default homepage url and not redirecting to any articles, then that could be a great loss because users will expect to be redirected directly to your article. But if your articles or subtopics are linked to different pages/URL, then you are free to post them consecutively or within the same day :)

Someone given spam report against me, and pinterest suspended my account... After my appeal they re-opened my account. After that I realised, I lost 5k+followers .. Can you help me to get back the followers......?
Im sorry to hear about this trouble you went through. I heard a few cases like this when Pinterest cleared followers after suspending an account but it's very rare. In those cases when it happened Pinterest support wasn't able to restore followers. Also I don't know how big was your following before this suspicion but I think you should know that a lot of people lost hundreds, some even thousands of followers in the last weeks. Pinterest made a major clean-up of bits and dead accounts.

Great video! What's wrong with saving a pin to multiple boards on a same day though? I don't see anything spammy about it as long as the pin is relevant to the board. Or is there a problem when you are doing it through tailwind only?
Hi, Marco! Well, it's repetitive and I think it is spammy because a lot of followers can see in their feeds all these repetitive pins in one day. No difference if you do this manually or via Tailwind - all these pins will be linked to the same page URL on your site. That's up to you though if you want to take the risk and save more pins a day.

Hey there! As long as each pins goes to a different product, you are safe from spam filters because you are not doing anything repetitive. You can save many pins really, 10 - 30 - 50 easier. As long as there is no repetition, it's not spammy.
Oh I have one more question that I forgot to add in my previous comment, since you are only allowed to claim one website on Pinterest when you add content from other niches that you might be involved in, does it hurt your account, for example my claimed website is a skincare website but I do have other websites and I do have group boards that cover the other niches that I am involved in.
Should I continue adding content from my other websites or should I create Pinterest accounts for every website I have? If my question is not clear, I am asking can you have many niches on one Pinterest account?
I would recommend claiming each site on a separate Pinterest account - this way, each pin will be a Rich pin. When your site is not claimed on any Pinterest account, you can't enable Rich pins and you are losing a lot of Pinterest SEO advantages for those other sites.

Hi Stacey! What matters here is how close to each other are the pins you are saving, if you save them back to back then yes it could be risky. If you save them with 1-day interval, you are totally fine.
If I'm promoting a same affiliate product 4-5 times in a day through different pins, then I've to create different landing page for every pin??
No you don't have to since you are only using an affiliate product. Just make sure not to post the same link more than once in a day.

suddenly disappeared yesterday while I was pinning. It was a business account linked to my personal account. My personal account is still active but my business account is nowhere to be found. To answer your question, if these 5 different images go to different product URLs you are fine. If they all go to the same page URL it's spammy, if they go all to the home page of your Etsy store, it's not effective because people don't land on the exact product page and feel lost, and it's also spammy.

Hi, if the pins are similar in appearance but with completely different information and linked to different products, does that activate the spam filter? I just wanted brand consistency. I find it annoying that a “pinbot” email replies to your appeal now. So I doubt it’s a human reviewing appeals.
It can be reviewed by a human if you insist and send many requests. Initially it's automatic reply usually. If the pins have different information and linked to different pages, pins are unique for the algorithm. They can look repetitive for a human eye in my opinion, if the design elements make them look much alike and if you have hundreds of pins with the same template in a row, your audience might just stop clicking on them pins thinking it's the same thing.

When I just started on Pinterest, I used to report a lot of stolen pins but not anymore. I find that it takes a lot of time to search for them and report them, and the next day there will be more stolen pins. I just do this now if I see that a very popular viral pin on my account was replaced in search results by a spammy site - then I report them.
Second part of the question - when you see that message it's because the pin is still on Pinterest but the domain to which this pin is linked, has been blocked on Pinterest. So if you try to save the pin, it won't let you do it. And you also shouldn't be able to open that site by clicking through from the pin.

yes, you can do this safely just as you described. Your own boards are always priority, so first save to all relevant boards on your account and then to group boards.

Quick question - when Pinterest reviews your account to see about reactivation and they see multiple pins from the same post, are they looking visually to see the same image or are they looking at the URLs and pin descriptions? I think saving too many pins to the same URL in one day (no matter to how many different boards) can first of all trigger their automatic spam filters which is already bad enough because it can get your account suspended. I don't know though how exactly the members of Pinterest support team look into accounts. They are humans and even though they must have some instructions, each person has their judgement.

Saving too many pins from many other sites can't be considered spammy because you are saving pins linked to other people, not to your own domain. Unless those pins are just from one or several other sites - then it's clear that your account is being used to promote those specific other sites. People often can get marked as spam by mistake. Did you try to get that account back through Pinterest support?

Did you think it makes a difference that I had about 47 of my own pins mixed with 200 of other people pins? I try to keep a 1:4 ratio of my pins vs others. Hi there! You should definitely monitor the activity on your group board and set some rules on your board description. Yes, you might get your account suspended if Pinterest sees any spammy activity on one of boards (and this includes your group board that you run). The wisest thing to do is to remove a member immediately if you see them posting irrelevant content to your board and are spamming. Delete duplicate pins as well.

In any case, you haven't done anything on your account and it was suspended in 5 min of its existence, most certainly if you contact Pinterest support they'll restore your account fast and apologize for the mistake.

I'm so desperate about that, cause I believe that some of my contributors are constantly polluting my group boards. Hi there! If you are usually just repinning other content, make sure that the content you repin doesn’t seem spammy. Also, I would suggest immediately removing your other group board contributors who you believe are doing spammy activities on your boards. If Pinterest keeps suspending your account still, I suggest reaching out to them to finally know what the problem might be. Hope this helps!

Although I've got in touch with the Pinterest team, all the four times they've told me that my account got accidentally caught with other spammy accounts. How is it possible to be suspended 4 times by accident? I've also asked them to tell me which account they found that the activity was coming from.So, I don't know what to do, because in case I delete some of my gr. boards (since it's a lot easier cause I have many contributors) shall I minimize the probability to get caught again? @@lilaeyageloy7250 I personally have archived several of my group boards (the ones that were on my account) specifically because it was too hard to moderate them. I left just a few live and kept there only contributors who I know personally and know they are not going to spam on my boards. My general recommendation is not running group boards on your account, and even when you are using other people's group boards, it's also not much effective on Pinterest for the last 1.5 years. We just assumed that your account got suspended because of the acitivies in your group baords, but I don't know the full picture of how many times a day you normally pin, how many times a day you pin the same page URL with different pins etc. There way to many reasons why your account could get suspended, but to minimize them, I would start with cleaning up your group boards. Are you getting any benefit at all from running group boards on your account?
@@AnastasiaBlogger No, I don't get any benefits. The only reason is to gain probably more followers. For the time being, I've already deleted 3 of my gr. boards that may cause the spammy behavior. Furthermore, I'm about to be removed from the gr. boards I'm hosting on my account and I'm also a member. (Although I don't understand the reason why.) I'd like also to ask you something else. In case I remove all the pinners from a gr. board is there a risk with the pins remaining? ( to get suspended because of the pins) Otherwise I'll have to delete more gr. boards. As for the pins, that I personally pin on my boards , they don't exceed the number of 10 max. per day; although there's been a long time since my last pinning. @@lilaeyageloy7250 I removed a some users from my group boards and it was about 1.5 years ago, so Pinterest might have changed something in the procedure but I believe I had an option of deleting the user from the group board, together with all the pins saved by this user. I think it was the only option of getting rid of all their spammy pins at once, as opposed to deleting them one by one.
When you say fresh pin with new images does it mean old urls with new images or completely new urls with new images because in Alisha's latest Tailwind video she said now fresh pins means new urls

Hi there! One of the reasons why you have smaller impressions is because of the seasonality of the keywords or pin you use. Pinterest views can go up and down especially if you don’t pin constantly. But views are just that - views. What you need to focus on is your clicks and engagement!

I think you might need to rewatch both videos if you didn't get it quite well. I always say to save only one of those multiple pin versions per day. You want to avoid repetitive actions in a short period of time.

Hi, Ramesh. You can only claim your domain on one Pinterest account. And yes, if you will be posting your URL on multiple accounts, there's a high risk that it will be flagged as spam by Pinterest. You can always just repin your pins on your other account.

It could be a) a glitch in reporting of analytics, if so it will fix itself in a couple of days b) if the stats stay on zero for a long time (over a few weeks), then it could mean your account was penalized and in that case I'd start emailing Pinterest support and asking if they could remove the penalty.

Hey there! You can only have one claimed website per account. As long as the pins are linked to different posts, it's ok, but if these 50 posts are all you have on the site, I would create another schedule, perhaps about 20 pins a day so that you can rotate them a bit and don't have to save links to each of those 50 posts every single day.

I have a question Thank you for all the great information. I have a Cannabis accessory line where I sell T-shirts and other wearable items, and have a Pinterest account. I applied to get access to stories, and they approved my account. However I posted one story showing my jewelry, And they removed it after 24 hours citing that it violated their policies. I’m not that surprised because I cannot advertise on Pinterest due to the subject of my jewelry, but I find this weird that they manually approved my account to post stories and then pulled a story after that. One of my other stories remained posted ok. What would you suggest for someone in my situation? I’m doing a lot more with Pinterest and getting some good growth and I’m nervous that they might just close my account just like Instagram etc. closes cannabis related accounts. Thanks for any info
Hi there! Do you have any photo that doesn't focus/show that much details on the cannabis photo? I would also suggest not using images that has a big cannabis photo/drawing/figure on it. If it's a jewelry line, maybe use a photo that wears the jewelry so the focus won't be on the cannabis figure itself. I hope that made sense.

What is weird is that the story was just a slideshow of existing pins and tags I already had posted and were up for years with no problems. But i did get a huge amount of impressions when i posted it, so wondering if that somehow made Pinterest review the story pin more closely. I think honestly Pinterest's response to cannabis is a grey area, as if you look at their guidelines, they state specific restrictions, but if you search for pins you will find many pins in violation of those terms. In general social media is like this (trust me ive been in cannabis for 8 plus years) Some accounts get pulled, some do not , its really hard to know. If you have any other tips on how to avoid getting my stories pulled I'd appreciate any feedback.

Hello , I am newbie, and yesterday I saw a video that the guy was teaching how to get traffic to the website through Pinterest, so, we suppose to install a software called FolloweLiker, and schedule to Pin differents pictures but from the same product, and pin several times a day in the same board , linking the Website front page, he even said would be good to have several accounts to redirect to the website doing the same method. It seems like you can get your account suspended for ANYTHING. I just opened a Pinterest account to help grow my Etsy business, and just today, I was uploading a bunch of pins (13 to be exact) to then begin using Ads with Pinterest, and then my account got Suspended! I don't understand. I was uploading my own pins to my own board? Who exactly did I spam? What is the line of how many pins you can create per day? What a headache. Luckily, I only put time into my Pinterest account in one week, so it's not much time wasted. Still ridiculous.
Usually there is no problem if you upload pins, even 13 in a day or more. They were not linked to the same page, right? Sometimes you can get suspended for suspicious logins from different locations at the same time (happens to people who use a VA sometimes), in these cases it's not for spammy activity. It's easy to reinstate your account if you haven't done anything seriously spammy, just submit a request with their support.

I pinned one pin with link to my blog on my website one day and again different pin with the same link the next day. My blogs talks about math course that is on Teachable. So, there is link to Teachable on my blog. I also had the word quarantine in my title but not in the description. The pins background image was from deviant art but that account is mine so I was technically using my own images. Pinterest deleted my account and didn't even email me. Hi there! It may be because they thought you were spamming. I would really suggest to upload the same pin every after 2 days and you should only not pin that same link all over. Try to repin other users' pins if you only have one link to post so that your account won't be filled with that same link.

Does redirect block websits on pinterest ?
It depends on what kind of redirects. If you changed your domain and made a 301 redirect, you should be fine. But I would still confirm by submitting a ticket to Pinterest team. If the purpose of redirect is to confuse the system and trick users, that's spammy and can result in a block for both accounts (especially if some users report or flag those pins with redirected URLs).

Hi there! I don't see any reason on how you cannot promote/pin your subtopics because I would assume they are linked to different articles? Unless the URL you use is your default homepage url and not redirecting to any articles, then that could be a great loss because users will expect to be redirected directly to your article. But if your articles or subtopics are linked to different pages/URL, then you are free to post them consecutively or within the same day :)

Im sorry to hear about this trouble you went through. I heard a few cases like this when Pinterest cleared followers after suspending an account but it's very rare. In those cases when it happened Pinterest support wasn't able to restore followers.
Also I don't know how big was your following before this suspicion but I think you should know that a lot of people lost hundreds, some even thousands of followers in the last weeks. Pinterest made a major clean-up of bits and dead accounts.
