For me rallys are very important since most kvk that's what you do since there will always be someone with a strong Garrison so it's great to have a high defense and great damage rally
Well that's the main gear that turns a kvk you have it exactly right! Honestly it comes down to a competition, the Garrisons goal is to provide an obstacle that the enemy has to defeat with a rally. It's almost like team sports, you have an defense that's trying to stop an offense from making progress 🙂
