I have a vinyl patio cover that the seams are gushing silicon and water pools at the edge of the rain gutter. I am not sure how to handle this without degrading the integrity of the roof. I want to trim back the silicon and refresh it a questionable spot that might leak and ensure that the water does not pool but drains from the roof properly. Your rooves look sweet compared to mine.
Yea sorry to hear about the issue, alot of vinyl companies use aluminum roofs, because vinyl doesn't hold up well as a roof in the heat. Hard to give a proper answer without seeing the exact material, but liquid flex seal or tropicool can really help out with leaking and ponding. Hope this helps and have a great weekend!
Personally, I've seen more peel and stick leaks, than I ever have with nova flex and we build hundreds of patios each year. To each their own, but I really think peel and seal causes water to accumulate unnecessarily at the gutter and hanger. And in the event it does leak, you have to caulk over it again. When if nova flex or something similar leaks, you can paint silicone over it for a simple leak repair.
Wow!!! Amazing
Unbelievable, still trying to figure out how you build this huge patio in 1 day
Looking good!❤

How come you didn't put peel and stick on top of the calking and torch it down so you don't go back to a job for a leak.
