I’m disabled due to arthritis too. I vacuum with a wand extension , clean tub and toilet with extension cleaners and scrub Lino with an upright electric scrubber from Amazon. It took awhile to adapt but try something new every day. Good luck.

Oops I DIDN'T EQUIRE MORE. BUT NOW THE ONE I HAVE MY SON TRAINED TO DO SOME THINGS TO HELP ME..
GETTING A TRAINED DOG COSTS.
IF SHE COULD HIRE A TEEN TO PICK UP YARD FECES. VACUUM. AND BRUSH DOGS AND WASH THEM AND BUY FLEAS COLLARS. SHE WOULD BE OK. BUT YOU CAN'T WASH A DOG MORE THEN ONCE A MONTH DRY THEIR SKINS. MAYBE HER COUNTRY CAN HELP OR NEIGHBORS TEEN FOR NOT MUCH.
Should they be living in a clean space?
How about the living room, kitchen, and bathroom????

I also have AS and my mom has AS. My hip is already fused. I don't see any excuse for this mess really. I don't take pain killers nor does my mom. We both have a spotless home. We both maintain our yards. We both have pets. It's sad how people can do this. With AS the more you move the better.

The easiest thing to do regarding bedding is to wash, dry and put back on the bed. No folding required.

Yup I have no spare sheets .also there's no room for storing extra linens...so works for me not to have the extra step

Recuerdo tu trabajo al luchar con tu TOC, lo has conseguido y ahora ayudas a personas que lo necesitan. Muchas de ellas necesitan tener todo más minimalista, que puedan controlar lo que tienen o se bloquean. Aún intentaría que practicaran el desapego de más cosas. En algunos casos, ya que tienes un buen equipo, se podría pintar algunas zonas que diese sensación de mayor limpieza. Felicidades.

I feel bad telling someone they may need to rehome their pets ...I am sure she had them when she was well but she would manage better with just one.
It's a hard decision!
There is a usually a hose venting the steamy air out of the dryer, from the back of the dryer & extending to a cutaway place in the home's outside wall. That needs a cleaning out also to prevent fire. Hardware store may sell a long vent brush. If not please pay someone to clean it out if you can.

We have a golden retriever and she sheds so much we have to have a robo vacuum go off daily especially since I had a massive ischemic stroke 9 years ago and I can no longer vacuum daily due to my limited mobility and paralysis of my left arm and hand 😢 and we now have someone come in bi weekly to do a good deep cleaning of the house I just can’t do it anymore like I used to my husband works full time and our kids are now grown living their lives between jobs and college and a few live out of state now as well 🤷🏼♀️

I would imagine that the other rooms in the house were as bad as the 3 that were cleaned..so hopefully she can clean the rest as well as the : cleaners did, or it will just fall back to the way it was.
