Pakistani mom life in uk 2024| tips to use clay pot| aaj miti ki haandi main kunna banaya
hi i am amina arfan from uk.It’s about my life style .
Here are some clips of my busy day time routine and also sharing kunna recipes which is one if the unique Pakistani recipes.
Kunna recipe:
Fry some onions ginger garlic then add some green chilli and whole garam masala.
Blend fried onions mixture with tomato purée.
Fry meat in clay pot and then add the blended mixture into meat.
Add salt turmeric and red chilli.
Let it cook
Add some yogurt.
When the water is dried add ground garam masala and black pepper.
Grind some fresh garam masala and add it.
Put the lid on to clay pot.
Garnish it with green chilli , ginger and fresh coriander.
Serve it with fresh homemade naan .
Also sharing tips to use clay pot.
