It is pretty straightforward you wire, normally closed take those wires and go down to the unit and land them on the shutdown contacts if it has it. The other option is to find your thermostat wire and take one leg of the power of the thermostat wire either positive or negative and run onewire from the normally closed side to the thermostat the other wire does from the common to the wire that was landed in that terminal. What this does is brake power to the thermostat. And the unit will shut down
Good morning, Not sure if you still use this account but our magnetic doors quit working 5 years ago after a fire alarm drill. Fire marshal thinks it may be the relay. SIGA-CR Edwards systems Remote transponder indoor dry. Looking at our current relay, the Red LED (active) light does not blink but the Green LED light does. Not sure if that's helpful but I have no idea why the magnetic doors are not working. I live in remote Alaska and it is hard to have someone sent to our village. Could it be the relay? Or is there something in the fire panel we need to look through to "activate" the magnetic doors? I could really use some help. Thanks
@@FireTech7 okay what do you want to program that you are having trouble with? Make a mental note do note hit auto program on this panel. It can erase parts of your program.
@@khawk7365 when I first got the panel 2 days ago I used auto program but when I did the pull stayed in alarm but then I defaulted it and programmed only the pull. I would like to get to know how to program the system from a computer

@@calebmorand4604 from what I read it looks looks okay. If it has strobes. There may be no sync. You can program out put to be steady or temp. The amp draw is okay.... I do not have the horn to test it. Please let me know how it works out.
@@khawk7365 I have been running it for a few days now and It works fine. It works really well with steady, temporal and March time. Thank you for your help. One more thing, will the fwr eventually damage the horn or NAC that the horn is on? Thanks
Could you do a video on dry contact and its application with a demo eg: siga cr module used to turn off HVAC fans? It would be of great help!!
