Resetting is the last thing everyone do when something in your device doesn't work. It is the ultimate solution for software bugs but has to compromise on losing data. So this really isn't much of a good fix for this problem.👎

A good fix is this:
Settings -> Remotes & Accessories -> Unpair MI RC -> Wait -> Will automatically reconnect in 1 min
Worked for me🤷‍♂️

@@sushilagupta3070 I just restart the TV, it almost takes the same time. Either way mi has to do something about this. It's annoying and I hope they fix this in the next patch update

But I have some different problem - whenever I do skype call - Everytime I need to press MIC button to speak.
I tried connecting external MIC via USB as well, but after few seconds it stops. Then I need to plug it off and plug in again.
Is there anyway to keep MIC button continuously ON ?
Also - As advised to reset mi tv 4a pro - will my apps which I installed via USB will also be reset ? Is it like Factory Reset ?

There is a option in UA-cam in the search tab where we can speak and it recognises what we are saying and start searching automatically but not whenever I click over that microphone button the pop up comes over screen saying speak and then after some time it says can't recognise something like that but earlier it used to recognise and was working properly. Any solution
