See the humanity in your fellow humans and the world becomes a playground oozing effervescence and synergy.
After all we are all part of the same playground called life.
I guess it is important to learn how to play.

Brilliant, outstanding! I love the quote: “We are human beings trying to balance individuality with togetherness and that’s not an easy task.”
Also, when you mention ‘morality’, it resonates with your video about Carl Jung and the Shadow, which was the very first video of yours that I saw and it has helped me tremendously in my inner growth.

I really appreciate your second point about systems thinking. This was a big topic in my grad program, and it's basically a tool to help manage complexity. Whether we realize it or not, physical, digital, and biological systems in our society are converging, and as they converge their relationships and interactions become increasingly complex. It's most often talked about in a systems engineering context, but I can't think of a better application than to help optimize and find purpose in our own lives.
Every system has a collection of inputs and outputs. If you don't like the outputs, change your input.

Nice assessment of how to strategize life. If indeed life is like a game is not the main objective to gain the upper hand over fellow humans (who are but individual players of their own game) on the grid of life. To be productive is to win endeavors that you place yourself in or are faced with to gain wealth, health and life on your terms. To find love in life is to be free of norms and the herd whilst still getting your fair share of the game. So, that's a point of view on the game. It's really a game of fate governed by positive and negative energies of the mind that every creature on this planet has. It's energy exchange

Yeah, I enjoyed the words of wisdom as well as visuals accompanied to more immerse audiance in understanding. I am very intrigued by antifragile concept vs resillent. I tend to feel the waves in form of thoughs or feelings that hit me moment by moment like I would be a rock in front of ocean but to get something positive in the process takes real wisdom to make it happen. To take negative or positive and always create positive( positive as action, redirection of focus, positive not merely as energy concept). just my 3cents.

I always like how you set-up your videos, Adrian, and the intro to this one lays the groundwork for the rest really well and I enjoyed it.
I think you come to a point where you learn from other people's "strategy guides", in an eclectic sense, to then develop your own guide that is specific to you which you learn to implement intuitively with greater and greater success...and hopefully find/seek out similar people along the journey.
Unfortunately we don't get to play on "New Game+" haha, we just have to suffice with passing on our knowledge to the next generation.

I agree, and I feel that teaching our children what we know is the New Game+. We have a very important responsibility to try to teach our children everything that we know and have learned in life, so that our children can grow in this wisdom and grow to become the best that they can be, using what we teach them from what we went through in our life, so that they can start with this knowledge and skills and grow to become even better able to take on life and make a difference, and to reach an even higher potential than we ourselves have achieved in life; by teaching them how to think, what we have learned, and how they can better navigate their own lives based on those principles

Good applicable process content in this video, which is why I'm confused about the statement of "unconscious competence." It seems to me that "habits" are more pertinent to the discussion than intuitions. Are autonomic repetitive mental motions clearly differentiated from dream states? Stream of consciousness activity can waste huge blocks of time, but that's where the "fun" comes in. But can aimlessness of exact outcomes benefit from trained reflexes? Most definitely. Musical improvisation is a real-time spontaneous interactive juggling of habits built on rules. I don't think there's anything unconscious in that. But the suggestion raises a larger question about just when and where the truly unconscious portion of the mind produces an interruption in the process to run its own routines. This may hold the key to why we make music in the first place.
