Huge props to Akeos for organizing the most unique Black Ops XL in my opinion. They made some great choices for this compilation like Syzy, BLVNKSPVCE, Veer, and Knoir. Just wish that some artists would push their creativity a little further because tracks like Yakisoba or Computer Milk are very "safe" in terms of sound design.
Radio Wave 3-46 is peak production riddim. The imagery it provides, the dark atomsphere and every sound having symetrical compliments. The bassline is fat, it would be a perfect song if the breakdown was 4 bars longer imo. Comp is great, standout in the Black Label lineup. This EP shows what amazing production can do for a song - 9.5/10
@@borrasca Oops typo, meant to type compliments, but I guess that wasn't the best way of explaining. I'm referring to the how they filled the space with sounds symmetrically bouncing off eachother, like those rattling clack-y sounds at 0:49 seconds. It has a really good flow to it.
@@chawklit_sawce interesting, as a dubstep producer i’m always struggling with what to fill space/backrgound with aside from the actual main basses. i’ll take a listen

This was such a solid compilation, and there was not one tune I disliked. Voltage Disc was quite incredible for me, mainly due to the fact that it's a collab between two of my most favorite artists and inspirations. I also loved Yakisoba. As for EMUU, I didn't imagine it to be a favorite at first, but... it just blew out my expectations with the melodic sections of the drops. Outstanding compilation, and Akeos did an excellent job curating it.
I thought this comp was pretty dang good. Some I enjoy more than others, but a very fun comp. Dysfunction, Spacewalk, & Yakisoba have got to be my favs
You’ve gotta do a react style video to ARForest like you did with Camellia. Definitely one of my favourites right now and I think you’d love their music.
we cant lie computer milk is just genius, im gonna use my word here but that type of riddim is just "funny" i find not in a bad way! i enjoy it but its funny if you can understand. The sound is incredible there is a lot of space but it keeps you in it you cant go back from it, the same style as beepy boop song they are juste great for real.
