ya its crazy with the mental health 2014 i would snap with my toxic family then during the years I realise they are doing their best & show nothing but patience & kindness which wasn't worth it as they conitnue to absue younger family members 10 years later 2024 i would snap with my toxic family it feels like i learnt nothing ahahaha but i have grown realising its best to delete yourself from the tree as attaching it will just rotten your vines so yeah super important to keep your loving energy use it for people that uplift you & make you grow
