The part at about 30 seconds where he steps halfway up and goes back down. I had to play that back a few times because the first time I saw it I legit thought the video was rewinded. Insane.
like dude does all that and is not only not gasping for air as he finishes the run he's not even sweating. Freaking world class gymnast and other pro athletes be dying after going 100% for that long. No joke the world ain't ready for Bboys and Bgirls to hit the Olympics 2024
Yeaaaaa idk about that. I think ur underestimating sports lmao... This is impressive but no where near stressful to the body compared to, let's say basketball.
@@GucciLee27i think YOU are underestimating how much energy it takes to just do ONE set of breakin’ moves. Especially at the same level of intensity, speed, and complexity that Issin is demonstrating here. In sports, there are brief moments when you have to go all-out but only for like 5-10 seconds at most. Most of the time is spent conserving energy and making strategic plays. That’s why 1:1 basketball is way more intense than 5:5 or 10:10 team games. In contrast, as a bboy you must go all out for at least 30-60 seconds which is insanely more difficult lol. And if you are battling 1:1 for multiple rounds, then you only get to rest for as long as your opponent takes to throw their set. Team battles gives you more time to rest in-between, but you are still expected to perform at a high-intensity for up to a minute during your set.
Also, basketball is confined to a specific set of rules and moveset. I’d assume that going for a dunk or jump-rebound is likely the most physically demanding move (which you don’t do for more than once in a sequence, ie: combo’ing a dunk into another dunk). In breakin’, you can combo multiple airflares into windmills into headspins into flips into handhops into 1-arm air chairs into footwork (which is basically in either a sissy squat or push-up position). Cool thing is, there is no limitations to breakin’. So theoretically, someone COULD perform a combo into an air-dunk on beat lol. That’d be sick.
@@GucciLee27 bro, everyone can play basketball, theres probably less than 20 people who can do the one hand push up into an airflare like what issin did here. I play basketball, hell I can play basketball for hours straight and still be fine, I do powermoves for like 10 minutes straight and I be dying out there

Every hand plant, footstep, power move and pause are all perfectly synced to the beat. I’ve never seen anything like it. Some of his moves reminded me of the legendary funk master, James Brown.
That’s some of the best transitions and breaks I’ve ever seen in my life.
Look of Crumbs litle bit
bro he matched the beat was lit 🔥

always on beat with every step, this bboy is just naturally a rhythm dancer
Seriously. His pauses /freezes were dead on the one.
That comes with PLENTY of practice!
That was filthy! Love the syncopated gasps against the funky beat from the judges and crowd, he packs so much into it!
Dude knew the assignment and killed it to every beat
Bboys are evolving. This was so beautiful to watch.
Brother's got soul as rythm is in his mix and he's dancing not exercising. ❤

The olympics wasn't a disaster, people on social media only talk about Raygun and stuff, but the rest of the event was really great.
