Just bought one with range finder yesterday and used it last night much better than my standard older one the screen display can be turned right down giving much less black eye the range finder works brill there's no red glow from ir as my rats were becoming aware of it and picture colour quality better and better still no headache this morning alan
I would like to purchase one of these PARD NV007 SP LRF units. But there is NO info out there letting customers know how much turret clearence is needed for the range finder to work! Would you rectify this please. I would like to know.
James, can you adjust the LRF splash? It’s very high up and useless for 30-40 yard shots on flat terrain. Thanks for letting us know that an external charger is required for the battery as there’s nothing about that in the booklet. It’s a bit naughty that one isn’t supplied with a £600 bit of kit.
I waited ages for this to come out with the LRF. Picked it up as soon as it was out 1st night out ranged a bail in a field at 83yards which I would say was about right, then ranged another bail which was closer and it said 125 yards. I couldn’t believe the difference when I paced it out the closer bail was around 35 yards. Another lad I was out with ranged the same bail at 35 yards with his trusty night site. Also 1st impressions this won’t be any good for close range ratting I have it on a hawk side winder 4-16 x 50 but Evan on 4 there’s just to much magnification, you will spend more time trying to find the rat. 30yards plus does get easier. It’s my first pard add on with time I might come to love it fingers crossed. Sorry for going on another thing I was trying to set it up at night and when I pressed the menue button the screen froze n I had to take the battery out to sort it. Fingers crossed this is user error and it doesn’t have to go back😂😂😂
It would be useful in these reviews if they mentioned a really low base mag and side focus parallax are a must as the higher the mag turns the crosshairs into two pencils.a 2-?x50 would be good.
just had my gen 2 pard today and has anyone had a sound issue when recording as mine picks up gun sound but can't pick up any voice over very very strange not keeping it if this is the way they are

Does the IR work unlike all the other ones , apart from the original, which is still the best one

@OpticsWarehouse does the LRF on this newer version fall foul of taller turrets on rifle scopes, specifically the S&B PM2 scope?? Cheers
Not the greatest picture with the pm2 tried the pard and ludicrous lumens on my pm2 no good mate
I am looking at purchasing a PARD 007 SP - LRF clip on.
Will a 22Lr Subsonic turn it on the with the low recoil?
would something like this hold up to higher recoils? I have a 308win and a 30-06.. wondering if this thing would still work after 3 shots😅
Yes

Ir on the 007s is decent hoping this is even better
My LRF gets horrendous banding interference making it unusable if you have the ir on and the laser range finder at the same time.
The Hikmicro shirt though haha.
there is no new improved nv007sp - only the IR emitter will be nerfed in the UK according to UK laws.
