Ryzen 7600x is good processor. I am using it for 4k video editing.
The 14600K is not worth it over 13600K. Only 200 MHz difference, which can be backed up by slight overclocking, and there is a noticeable price difference.

15th gen main toh shayad naming scheme bhi change hogi
and Ultra series has already begun coming out, but those are currently just 13th gen and 14th gen rebranding cpus but do have a NPU (neural processing unit) built in and also have newer LPE cored (low power efficiency cores)
toh meri maano toh agar lena hai, toh 12th gen noticeably thoda accha nahi hai kyunki tab DDR5 thoda new new tha toh DDR4 zyada sahi chalti hai unme, lekin DDR4 outdated hai ab and DDR5 zyada behtar hai

in that case, if someone wants to buy a CPU, then please go for 13th gen i5 be it 13400f, 13400, 13500 or 13600k, because 14th gen is NOT a big upgrade in the Desktop variants in the i5 series... a noticeable jump is only seen in the i7 and i9 this generation
i5 13400f and 13400 is nice, if someone wants overclocking then go for 13600k, warna 13500 is best overall for sure... warna AMCA ka 7600x next best option (usme bhi 8000 series waale, jitne abhi laptop main aaye hain, woh toh 7000 se bas thode hi fast hain, so not worth it in desktop too I guess)
no point wasting time in 15th gen intel or 8000 series AMD, plus 14th gen is just slightly upgraded repacked 13th gens especially in i5 series, so I will recommend to save some 5000 rupees money, buy 13th gen i5 and use leftover 5000 rupees to invest in a good 240mm liquid cooler by Deepcool or Cooler Master

and now use that money (left because of cooler being bought using previous 5000 rupees) to get a good more better PSU or Case or faster RAM/Storage...

You Can Go with Ryzen 5 7600x because it supports AMD's newer generation motherboard and it is on zn4 technology[ Future Proofing] and you can easily upgrade your Processor(To Ryzen 9 8000'Series) Whenever you want. Whereas, Intel Has Less Future Proofing Than AMD Because The 15th Gen Is Going To Support a different architecture Like It Will Not Support LG1851 & (It Maybe Can But I Don't Think Processors or if you want to go with intel just wait a bit (till launch of 15gen) 🥰

Mere pas hai 7800 xt amd k drivers me bhaut issue hai and frustrating ho jata h gameplay experiece rollback krte rehna padta h plus recent drivers update me idle state me 7800 xt was spiking to 100 percent which was driver bug.. so for gpu amd is lagging behind cant say anything about cpu

7600x is not a good processor interms of multitasking, go for i3 13500 which is just a bit costlier but has same cores and threats as 13600k. You can overclock it by using asrock b660m motherboard which is a cheap and best motherboard for overclocking.

my suggestions :
i5 13600k, nice (if 14600k is closer in price by just 1000-2000, then go for 14th gen, if its expensive by 4000-5000, then skip 14th gen, i5 13600k is good then)
for the graphics card, I think the RTX 4070 Super is not a well received card this time, I mean if you want it, go for it... but as far as I know, AMD just released their RX 7900 GRE which beats the RTX 4070 Super by a huge margin... it will release soon in India... also RTX 4070 Supers are somewhat overpriced currently, I will say to wait until their lower their price (thanks to RX 7900 GRE being released by competition AMD)... by that time if you wait for even 2 months, MAYBE i5 14600k can become same price or closer priced as i5 13600k, then just go for 14th gen as it runs a bit more cooler
for the storage, I will say go for gen 4 basic drives, like those 5000 rupee ones, easy to get plus high performance, initally use that, and then be on the lookout for 2 TB Gen 3 SSDs becoming cheaper, and then use that in your 2nd slot of motherboard...
No need to take case fans and a cheap Ant Esports case... that can cost you a lot... and still seem like a cheap thing... instead get the Deepcool Mesh one, its Mesh 55 Mattrexx or something, idk, it has 4 ARGB fans... or else you can go for Lian Li Lancool 216 which has 1 back fan and 2 BIG fans in front, and lots of mesh and airflow, plus these 2 are good companies and will give better warranty, service, experience etc. just dont go for Ant Esports
btw 750 watt PSU seems overkill as per me, I mean its okay for future proofing, but 650 watts Bronze MIGHT run fine, please check once btw... and 750 watt bronze can also be just fine... still if you want Gold power supply then go for it, its your choice...
rest 240mm cooler and 6000 Mhz ram from Corsair Vengeance or GSkill Ripjaws also seem nice (if you want RGB then opt for Dominator and TridentZ respectively)
for the motherboard, yup for i5 dont go any above than B760 (its latest I believe)
go for Tomahawk of MSI or Mortar (WIFI ones) or for ASUS TUF, although as I had saw recently, a good deal is there on ROG Strix B760-F on Amazon perhaps, ROG Strix is just my favourite (I am thus biased about it, well you cant complain lol the design looks SICK) so that's also a good option (its 25,000 online so if you wanna build offline, DO NOT pay more than 20,000 for it, although yeah take these 4 only, tomahawk, mortar, rog strix F one, TUF kinda seemed overpriced to me, if you get it for 15000 then nice, else Mortar Tomahawk and Rog Strix F waala sahi hai)

I have i5 13400F with 4070 from Gigabyte. I have played Spiderman RM on it and FPS are around 130-140 average. For CS2 fps goes upto 250-350 (I have 2k monitor so maybe less fps) and finally I also play dota and fps never goes below 144 (highest hz of my monitor). Apart from that I also work as graphic designer and video editor so no issues as of now on any adobe suit software and even Blender. But yes temp of the CPU is something you should take care of as these CPUs usually heat.

if difference exceeds 5000 rupees, then only get 13th gen, and use those 5000 rupees for a better liquid cooler

4080 ua 4090 wagera lete toh bhi 1000 watt sufficient rehta and 1200 watt sense banata... I dont think a 4070 or 4070 Ti (or their Super variants) will draw any more power than 800 watts anyways... toh as I said, 850 watts gold bhi enough hai for future proofing too, but 1000 watt lena hai toh le lo

although loge 1000 watt waala toh ekdum accha waala lena taaki acchi warranty mile and future proof rahe system (if you want to add a 80 or 90 series card in the future in the next 5-6 years and still wanna keep same power supply)
