Today we’re attempting to eat everything that should never be eaten in a single bite in one alarming, reckless mouthful.
This went from a silly game to quite the risky food challenge real fast so, while we hope you enjoy this for the extremely memorable and absurd eating challenge that it became, do not try this at home!

Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.

A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us. - Розваги

I've been bingewatching so many of your videos since finding the channel a few weeks ago but nothing has made me laugh as much as this one. And watching so many in such a short period really highlights how much more natural and comfortable you've gotten in front of the camera, just watching you chat and react spur of the moment is so funny and so sweet.

Hey guys, I've been massively entertained by your videos lately. I crush a ton of food every 5th day just for the fun of it while I watch a movie. Last night was deep fried steak with gochujang glaze, a meat lovers pizza, milka bars, ritter sport bars (THANK YOU FOR THE RECOMMENDATIONS!!!) cupcakes and then something like 12 different PBJ variations. I did all the S tier list that you guys made too. Oh there was a grilled cheese in there too. LOVE the nuts n more flavors as well holy shit. I don't skip through your videos either. I watch em all.
