Hi @TechScrew, After reviewing your video and several other I decided to purchase a Green Soul Zodiac Pro chair for my home office setup. It is amazing chair and full value for money. I have one question after 1 week of uses. I noticed when I sit or get up the gas lift slightly push back and stay on its position. (Not sinking but but a little bounce). So, is that normal behavior of Gas lift type cylinder, or I should contact the Green soul for technical support?
It is normal bro I used three chairs with gas lift all have few bounce if you sit and stand.
If this push back increase than contact customer care

When I sit in it then it felt comfortable too and material is as same as my other office chair which cost me 7k that I I bought 5 years ago (at that time office chair were very expensive)
Now confused whether should I buy green soul brand or locally produced chairs
buy branded it's always better i also bought a basic office chair with headrest from local market and the condition is horrible after 3 years use and my friend had the same chair which was branded and it's just way better quality

my friend (he also bought local market chair) also broke the bottom metal plate of his chair.
Although I bought heavy bottom plate, hydraulic and wheels separately and they are still working fine.
Are these branded chairs' plastic and iron parts heavier and denser compared to normal market chairs?
@@GarudAtma definately they are better quality even I had to change the metal base and wheel multiple times which is just a pain in the ass should've bought branded just for extra couple bucks

@@TechScrewIndia actually I tried featherlite versa. And my issue is lower back pain . I saw offline chairs and online. Of all ,I felt lumbar of featherlite versa is good. As the lumbar is curved, and it’s giving me support. Which do u recommend between green soul and featherlite versa ? My issue is lower back pain and my priority is back support

how are u supporting this?????????????????? i bought a brand new one on the 20th of december and the seat totally tilts towards the floor. till now i cant get a replacement for the seat, nor even buy a better quality chair from them and then they say if u buy on line no refund no exchange!!!! i am zapped and stuck with a faulty 12000 rs chair !!!!!
