Any chance you could cut out the ones with music in the background? Music isn’t ASMR and it’s a huge jolt to me when I’m chilling listening to paper shuffling and sticker sounds and then suddenly some loud music hits me out of nowhere
The third one 😭 its physically hurt me to see a beautiful fibrous material with dried flowers covered with another (regular) paper. If they gonna cover it why stick it there in the first place. (Ofc I understand, maybe they like those paper more than that beautiful material)
Dollar tree is the best place to get stickers and you don't have to have fancy supplies. Also you can have a different style which is more of a memory journal that you can add stuff like movie tickets.
You could use an old unused book (not in good enough condition to donate) and tear out pages. You can coffee diy paper to make it have a nice vintage feel. Dollar Tree has pretty affordable stickers. AliExpress is VERY affordable but you have to be willing to wait. You can always find diy stationery on YT.
Shein has great prices on journaling stuff but an old book and using what you have on hand is free, there are all kinds of junk journals and writing down your thoughts and memories is also free
Well I can't help you with lazy but poor you can go to dollar tree to get some stuff or more especially stickers. Or you can just do a memory journal which is where you add stuff like candy wrappers, pictures, movie tickets, ect
