Miami checking in. Here the dominant custom car style is the DONK which I'm not a huge fan of because they put the biggest rims they can and it makes the car look like it will tip over. Also the new high end vehicle like a Mercedes or an Escalade with crazy expensive rims. But I will always liked the LA style, especially the G-Body with wire wheels. Hydro's are cool but I would be cool with a nice Monte Carlo or Regal with a smooth paint job and some shiny ass wire wheels and lowered just a little....to take up the wheel well space. Back in my teens (1990's) I had a 1978 Monte Carlo slammed with deep dish (15x8 reverse) chrome rims (KMC Spoons). That was the style back then. Back then I always wished I had wire wheels and hydros.
When the mint truck seen was out I built a 1968 Toyota Corona 4 door to look like an old bomb it one some trophy at shows no one taking those old imports and making them into customs beside the VW's
@@DIAVLO666 very true most of those trucks are at the scrap yard and sent back to China as metal. My brother sold a 1970 Datsun truck with the original rebuilt engine he has a long bed 1964 Chevy truck so he had to sale one truck between me and my brother we have or have to many old car's to pay the insurance and registrations on some are on none opp I have a 1947chevy coupe my brother has a 48 Chevy 4 door and many other car's if I had a whear house believe me I would have many many other car's truck's and anything on wheels I know people that own whear house's and if you walked in you would be at awe from a plane hanging off the Celine to a whole dinner that looks like something from the 50's his family works on the train's so they can buy all the goodies and some are buniess men that just collect things from all the places they had buniess at if they saw something they liked they would offer and buy it if it was for sale. These places are right here in California right under most people's noises.
California's know for building custom car's truck's but they Goverment is clamping down on building customs from shutting down junk yards to the kinda paint California can have then the cost to register smogg test and everything else. In the early 80's when I got into building me and my friend rented a shop right out of high school now for a person to rent a shop to build cars is very expensive to rent and build cars. People wonder why a shop charges so much in California is because they have to pay the government taxes first, then the shop bills, workers, all the materials to do the work because it went up in price. If you can do 90% of the work yourself that cuts the cost way down and just have a painter paint or if you can paint in a place that no one will trip off the smell of the paint you are all good.
Those guys in the road should be wearing Orenge vest for there safety. Some of those guys might not be paying attention messing with there music whoops didn't see yaaaa! Nice rides
Ok why don't they put the car in park or put the parking brake on so the car doesn't roll all over the place when hopping? Also...the fucking doors on the G-Body's are heavy as fuck, I never wanted to leave the door open for any period of time to keep them from sagging. Why would they hop the car with the door open. That seems like they are asking for the hinges to break and lose the door. LOL
