Dylan Blue just works, it’s sharp enough but not overwhelming and it’s affordable as well. It’s become one of my signature EDT’s besides azzaro wanted and one million.
Dylan blue, coach platinum, mont blanc explorer, abercrombie & fitch fierce & YSL Y EDP...the only 5 fragrances everyone needs really. And I picked explorer/coach platinum there because they're cheaper than sauvage/aventus

Dylan blue was first scent I bought the big bottle of. Crazy affordable plus my lady LOVES it!

Planning to get a versatile frag. Dylan blue vs Mont Blanc legend edp.? Which one should I go for. Also,I already own aqva atlantiqve.
Dylan Blue is an amazing scent. It’s the less sharp and more diverse Sauvage in my opinion. It’s inexpensive too. And it’s under appreciated/ less known enough to definitely turn heads and get compliments. As you said Ash, it’s a perfect “gateway” into the fragrance world and a very very safe blind buy.

Dylan blue is just too dark. Should have subbed the incenses for more fruit or freshness
Versace Pour Homme should be here. Great, versatile scent.
Versace Eros EDP will do that to you; it did it to me. I've bought about 20 different fragrances since buying it off Sephora

I know this is a hated frag but I own the Sauvage Parfum, I bought it as a blind buy. Yes a blind buy. 6.7 ounce. Love it honestly but that's just me.

I was just stopped by a Karen yesterday huffing and sniffing and asking “ are you wearing a heavy lotion” she was offended on my P.E. Oud . Which smells 👍, but for her was the apocalypse. 😅

Sauvage EDT, taking all things into account, Scent-performance-likability-versatility, it’s the king. Followed closely by YSL Y EDP.
Only time ive smelled sauvage was a dabber sample of the edt i got from microperfumes. I need to go and test it somewhere because i didnt enjoy it at all and it seems like a scent id really like. Them dabber samples just aint it
I feel the only tiny problem with Sauvage is absolutely EVERYBODY is wearing it. Personally I don’t like to smell like the “other guy”. Other than that I think it is a solid 10/10 fragrance.

300,000 🏆🏆🏆 The best choice here is Missoni Wave, it’s cheap, smells great, magnetic cap and pressurized spray.
Dylan Blue or Versace Eros. Can't go wrong. I actually own Eros Flame but the original Eros is an easy blind buy.
Ive got to say The One EDP is an amazing scent but it doesn't project well. The fragrance is VERY nice though.
You want cheaper? CK Shock is very nice for cheap. $29 6.7ml! It's a great layering fragrance too!
Middle Eastern you can go with Fakhar and Asad as easy everyday scents.
Cheap freshie is Paris Hilton Just ME. Almost 1 to 1 match for D&G Light Blue Intense. Let it macerate a couple of weeks.
i did a circle. i started with mont blanc, went to dylan blue, manceras, now trying out the mont blanc edp. ngl, mont blanc did pull me a lot of compliments
Mont Blanc legend spirit is my go to rn and I love it, just doesn’t last too long 😅

As far as the mont blanc legend. Which is better. The Edt or the edp. By the way. I stumbled across 1 of your videos on UA-cam. Ever since then, I have taken such an interest in fragrances. I am 53 years old, and have never really worn fragrances. Man I really didn’t know what I was missing. I am so obsessed with fragrances now. I have every fragrance mention in this video except The Mont blanc legend. Thank you so much for inspiring me the way you do. Thank you so much for your time and knowledge. The EDP is much better
The EDP is considered to be an all around improvement, but I’d actually recommend trying the new Legend Red. It’s an interesting take on the same DNA, and has very, very broad appeal.
I know it doesn’t end up on these lists often but Chanel Platinum Egoiste is literally my fav scene. It can be worn year around and is super versatile. Anytime anywhere

bleu de chanel or sauvage is the one, if you want nice quality that is also super massive blackhole appeal. and then maybe grab armaf aventus clone for left over changes. 😁
I bought nautica voyage for the sole purpose of using at work. I refuse to wear the big guns at work where I’m only surrounded by men. I can 3 spray it everyday and not feel the least bit guilty about the cost of fragrance. Even a $70 “fresh” fragrance, I would feel like I’m spending too much to use everyday. There are literally 0 women at work, so I just need something to smell inoffensive.

Nautica voyage is a soapy smell... so soapy like you just washed your hands with a hotel soap... fresh and soapy ... if it is not clear enough .. its like SOAP..

My ex fiancé took me to the mall a few days after we got engaged and bought me my first cologne, savage edt. It’s been almost two years and I only just now in the last month started collecting.
Day 21 of asking Ash to start a petition to get a winter flanker of Acqua Di Gio put into production.
I always liked colognes but only had a couple TJ max cheapies. Then one day I bought 5ml travel size bleu de chanel EDP and the rest was history. It had that familiar blue vibe but there was something deeper, more mysterious to it. Then when i tried Sauvage EDP it was official that I was gonna drop a lot of money on this hobby
I have to agree on ADG Profumo, a fantastic smelling masculine scent!
I would personally add a spicy one to the mix like Spicebomb. It's an amazing staple to have and opens up a new path to fragrances most newer people didn't know about.
And it's a massive compliment puller if thats what you're after.
Yeah and the best alternative to Spicebomb is Man in Black, a little more mature and dark but it still gets compliments in the cold weather
It's gotta be Spicebomb Extreme. It's just a huge improvement to the original.
Or get a few sample bottles and see what works for you... maybe get a bottle if you like something and it perfoms well.. rinse an repeat

Just got most wanted by azzaro for the first time and I love wearing it. The spicy caramel is so nice to catch a whiff of but Im still a noobie. I personally like the Eau De Parfum and stronger cents especially because my serving shifts are 6-12 hours so I need it to last.
Nautica voyage smells like chemical to me, very bad. I had to throw it. All others from this list are fine.

My current go to and one that I have honestly gotten more compliments on anything I have ever worn, is Armani code Parfum.
I always hear that Nautica voyage is a cheapy, but in the UK, it's cheapest that I've found is £50, so not cheap at all.

If you don’t want to spend much, I would recommend CDNIM and Tres Nuit.

I would suggest Grey Vetiver because it is basically impossible to dislike and smells very classy while being fresh and clean.
Absolutely love Grey Vetiver, but I don't think it has pulled me as many compliments as others. Not that that matters so much to me.

Versace Pour Homme and Missoni Wave are "clones" of Chanel Allure Homme Sport.
Chanel is clear winner, wave is 90% similar but not the OG.
VPH goes slightly different with no creamy tonka tone.
Nautica Voyage is soo overrated. I am happy that accidently dropped the bottle and broked it.

I'm gonna have to disagree. Everytime and I mean every freakin time I wear Versace Pour Homme a women complimemts me. And that's no BS. I have Bleu De Chanel is a goodie, but it just doesn't jump off of my skin like Pour Homme.

I will say I did like my fragrances before I found BDC but literally had 15 bottles tops, after discovering BLEU my fragrance collection grew, rapidly... from about 15 bottles 3 years ago to now owning close to 300 and growing
Same mostly. I had a reignited interest when I got BdC, Spice bomb Extreme, and Sauvage over the last two years. When I got my bottle of TMW Parfum and smelled By Night at the store Pandora's box was opened for me.

The 1st BDC i got was the PARFUM because that was the sample i recieved. LOVED IT! So then i bought the edp and edt 🤣both are nice but don't compare aswell as EDITION BLANCHE... 😍 and from then on i was hooked. Might sound a little weird but i found out fragrances like those could instantly change my mood 🤣
295 of those will never be worn. I am always selling fragrances to keep around 15 at MOST. those I wear.

YSL Y... i remember watching a load of reviews on it a couple of years ago... i sprayed it onto a sample card and I literally couldn't smell anything. I tried another time at rome airport and thought the same so I took it over to my friend to ask him what he thinks and he literally thought I was joking around and didn't spray anything on the card. So the both of us couldn't smell the stuff. Don't understand why people like it or talk about it or even bother spending money it.
It was reformulated this year; may be worth another sniff m8.

I have some of these fragrances and more. And I have to say, ADG Profumo is still the best
Savage edt is now reformulated now its not screechy in your face the peper and bergamot has been really toned down and sweet.
I’d tell someone to go the Givenchy route, edt intense, Boise & Cologne shud have u covered all year round.

Acqua profumo is so boring though, its just one dimensional
I bouth Bleu de Chanel EdT, it was one of my first scents after Nautica Voyage, I loved the smell but the performance is garbage, so I emptied an 50ml bottle in 2-3 months because I had to respray it all the time. Can't recommend, don't buy the EdT, it's not worth the money. Pay some bucks more and get the EdP instead.

That’s only 14 plus 2 mass appealing niche, and it’s all you need. Been collecting almost 4yrs now and I keep going back to these. Profondo, The Most Wanted, Eros and Carbon have given me the most compliments from this list, but my favs are Spicebomb, Layton and The Most Wanted. If you want compliments, learn to wear the right fragrance in the right setting/occasion, not just what you like wherever you want. Made a big difference when I started getting this right.
