I am used to this sort of annoying noise refraction. It's literally the whole ambience of motorsport.
Why you say ? Because Like Jeremy Clarkson every midnight my gudnite sleep gets interrupted by biker yobos revving their engines where your dreams suddenly wake-up into a nightmare. Now I am used to it since I love cars. Foremost video games have this sort of street ambience of cars passing by even if your car is idle steady on the street or garage without tunes.
You should see Hotwheels @Sema18 announcing the winners . Completely unbothered by the announcer and being speech cut off by events on the other side.
