Hello, the EVRYjourney electric models are expected to be back in mid-November. We should have a pre-order period before that.
Unfortunately, regarding the fenders, we do not have an estimated availability date.
We do not have any accessories available for sale at the moment. They have been disabled since we received an overwhelming amount of orders due to the COVID situation. This is to allow us to process our orders much faster and avoid any further delays. They will remain disabled until we can meet out insanely high demand for bikes.
Great COVID has increased your bike sales but very poor customer service. Sure I keep getting an emails every other day from “the team” but can’t get a simple response back or get through the phone lines. I regret spending my money with the bike company.

sixthreezero Bicycle Company thanks for quick response here on UA-cam. If only I can get that same speed with the response to email or phone calls. My experience with this bike company has been filled with too much frustration. I will be returning the bike. Ive been waiting for the return tracking information for days. Spoke with a representative today who said they will be emailing the tracking information to me today. Ive not received anything yet. I would love to get this bike out of my home. It’s frustrating spending money on a bike you can’t ride. It’s just taking up space in my home.
