I hate to say it BUT there is always something to do on a farm. Exsample A. You could have in September rented a hoe and got rid of weeds in your canola. B. Cultivated field 5. C. Planted wheat and or barley in field 4 and 5. October A. Hoed field 4 and 5. B fertalized field 3, 4, 5. C rented a mower and baleer and cut field 2. November start clearing trees on your property to inlarge your field space or create new field. I could go on but i think you get my drift
Question sorgum after harvest it is still a full field of stalks. Most would either mulch or cultivate. However has anyone tried to cut it like hay and bail? I know sorgum wont give you straw or silage (unless you cut it early) but if you add a second process would it cut like hay and bale?
Nice!
