My compressor has been freezing lately & thought about putting the back seats down, but it actually unfreezes as is somehow. This video is totally a reminder for me to drain my tank, haven't done so in a couple weeks :/ & also, bags > coils b/c of my driveway, so I need some height to get out, but I still ride low. I have an 8th gen Mugen Si so it's nice seeing someone else making videos on the same car.
Same here! That's the reason I got bags to get out of my driveway! Yes! It's very important to drain the tank constantly! That is really dope you have a mugen si! I love the mugen si look as you can tell lol
I have that issue but its completely different. Read the user manual. It’s actually because the system has detected no increase in the tank when compressor is commanded on and compressor may be blocked
I live in Minnesota and we just got hit with a blizzard and -20 weather. My tanks and everything ain’t airing up I just put down my seats and hoping for the best rn.
yup.. If its freezing outside.. Water might be inside the line.. Turn on the car and leave it run for a while and turn up the heat in the car and put the back seat down..
My second compressor won’t even turn on. My first one is working hard to get air into the tank and when I turn my car on in the morning the tank needs to fill up badly for some reason. I think there is a leak but why won’t the other compressor not turn on
@@EvilStreetShark I fixed it. The black wire to my compressor was loose and I also had a leak on one of the fittings so I got the white seal tape stuff and it’s all good now. Such a small thing makes a huge deal
That’s not your compressor freezing my man my compressor is mounted in the bed of my truck without a cover through winter and it still always pumps air

Hey bro happening with me its 7 Celsius here rn compressor worked for once then i got fault saying compressor freeze and compressors not starting up, even when i force them on in the settings they dont work

Freeze doesn’t mean it’s cause it’s cold. It’s means the are froze as in not going to turn on due to a issue

Hey.. Yup.. Put down your back seats and blast the heat in the car.. So any water in the tank or compressor is unfrozen

Check your fuses. It might be blown..

Does your tank pressure drop when it's freezing?
It rarely does! If it does drop its only 3-5 psi!
EvilStreetShark not sure why mine will drop to around 80psi from 175. But when the temperature isn't cold it hold pressure fine...
Hmmm...Whats the temperature at night lately? Does it stay on 80psi and doesn't drop anymore psi?
