Hi from the USA! I just started watching your videos and I like the idea that Japanese people eat all sorts of dishes like 6 or so at each meal. I have started a low carbohydrate style of eating for my health eating more fish and much less beef and I'm healthier. I wish American homes had that fish broiler in our homes. That's very handy instead of using the oven. I like the idea of putting each food in its own separate bowl instead of it all together on 1 plate. and I Love your videos !
