We ended up travelling to Switzerland. In this video we share everything we eat during our time here in Switzerland. We'll be trying many delicious Swiss foods, as well as hitting up some cool local spots.
We had one full week in Switzerland, and we wanted to make the most of it and try as many Swiss food as possible during our time in Switzerland. We definitely needed to eat one of the most well known dishes of all Swiss food, cheese fondue, which was excellent and the most cheese we’ve had in a single meal in a very long time. We also tried some completely new to us but classic Swiss dishes and they blew us way. Get ready for some serious Swiss food porn!

Omg! Fribourg! Literally where I was born and where I lived and studied for 7 years. Ok so the "moutarde de Bénichon" is a special dish that comes from that specific canton of Fribourg and that you won't find anywhere else in Switzerland. It's usually eaten between September and October during a celebration called "Bénichon" which means "benediction" in a local dialect and it's when we celebrate all the food we've gathered and cultivated during the year. That "moutarde" (= mustard) is a sweet-ish spread made with wine, "cooked wine" (sweet stuff made with pear), mustard, cinnemon and other things... The heat level depends on the recipe... And it's meant to be spread on this yellow safran bread called "cuchaule" also super typical from here. Usually it's the type of flavor you hate as a kid and you learned to fucking LOVE when you get older! hahaha! I also make it myself with my grandma's recipe...
I don't know why I wrote that much to explain that but here you go. hahaha
