I´m glad you post these videos even though they turn out bad. Here´s hoping Shannon didn´t have to fight too much for a refund. ...plus, it can´t be a coincidence. Either (as far as it is known) just the Mad Hatter figures somehow got broken during transit because they all fell or weren´t handled well or there was something wrong regarding how the figure was made.

what would of been better is if they had the figure off the base and gave u the base to put the figure on like other sets where the base and the figure are both in the box
As a collector myself I have to agree. I may not be a collector of this brand or company. But the figure should have come separate instead of attached to the base.
Alice is one of my favorite Disney character. Very cute but i have terrible luck with blind boxes because i rarely buy an entire sealed box and haven’t been very lucky figuring out any kind of a code on most blind boxes. Sorry you had such a terrible experience with this unboxing.

Were they opened from the bottom the person might have seen who the cards were and sent you all doubles. Hope you get refunded or a full boxed up set
