I was intrigued and googled 'G Dragon' to see if such a person existed outside of the realm of the movie. To my surprise and pleasure, he does. I'd highly recommend the movie. This song bubbles through some of the most emotionally resonant parts of the film and adds a level of inexplicable authenticity. K -pop has an optimism and a feel that reminds me so strongly of 80's American pop music; there is an enthusiasm and a catchiness to it. If a middle-aged Black guy from Jamaica can appreciate the melody of Korean teen pop music, then there is hope for the world.
Watch that movie and the ending is sad af I watched it because of GD I stayed because of the main characters from North and South Korea who became best friends Hahaha I cried
