Thank you, thank you, thank you! My 8 yr old son has a hard time falling asleep which means late nights and cranky mornings. It's also starting to affect him at school. I've been listening to a recording that I made with a small pocket recorder for about a year now. Mostly while falling asleep, but somehow its grown tiresome. At last, I can now sleep more soundly.
