Does that laundry room seem like luxury. It has a plastic sink like what is on the NHT houses. Nothing sheek is there about this apartment. A real luxury apartment would at least have built in cabinet that accommodate a washer and dyer with high end finishes, central air conditioner and high end appliances for $58m
