In this LB!Chaotic Time Trio, members:
LB!TITR is on his phase 2
LB!UKB is on his phase 1
LB!COTV is on his phase 1*
LB!Betrayer is on his phase 2
On 1:00 time mark, LB!UKB learnt on his mistakes, so he did reduced player's max HP and applying the Karma effect, instead of healing them.
* - LB!COTV in phase 1 of either LB!CTT and CTT:SW was on first part of his phase 1. LB!COTV had been hit by player in phase 1.5, but his Gaster did negated the blow, so for me, phase 1 of LB!COTV lasts for phase 1 and 2, only then, in phase 3, he will be on his phase 2
That's only my opinion, so, as always, it can be erroneous 😅

Isn't this the part in the CTT where KaB tries to use karma on you, but actually heals you?
It makes sense for the LB version of KaB to know how to use it more efficiently.
