The salty comment from Edie was funny. She probably thought she was watching Kim Kardashian. In that case, yes boring AF. You guys are great. As you know some people are unhappy and sometimes put out hateful comments because they're insecure. Keep putting out the fun videos!!!! You guys are so happy and positive, im sure thats what brings your viewers back each week.

That was definitely my signal to head home Linda. When the street lights came on, you'd better be hoome or headed home! OMG! What a disgusting letter from that Edie person! If the show is so boring, why is she looking at it???! I feel the same as the people that had a problem with their golf cart. I slipped in my kitchen and broke my hip about 3 years ago. Stayed in a rehab facility for a month here in The Villages called "The Club". I had a wonderful time there even though I was recovering from something so serious. Just looking out the window each morning and taking in the beautiful landscaping and watching golf carts go by gave me a lift. I stayed positive in my healing because I knew there was so much more going on in The Villages and I wanted to get back out there! Just the prospect of something beautiful to look forward to is a big help in healing. Plus the staff was A+! The Blooper Break was hilarious! I'm single and live here and it's fine. As a single person , you can join in the same clubs and sports as the couples! 😎🌴No problem. Great Jokes Giz! ❤ Thanks Jerry and Linda for your videos. I so appreciate you both!

We live in a 55+ community about 30 miles from The Villages and our golf courses are in good shape. We haven't had rain until today. I definitely think it's because the employees haven't cared for a golf course. We have golf course caretakers with experience. It costs more, but worth it to us. Gizmo is so funny! His new dog friend is a cutie! Great show, as always!
The story of Alligator Rob & Chance The Snapper. About 3 years ago, someone had the "brilliant" idea to release their pet alligator into the Humboldt Park lagoon in Chicago. The alligator was nicknamed Chance The Snapper. The Chicago Park District contacted Alligator Rob, and he retrieved Chance from the lagoon. Chance was relocated to an alligator sanctuary in St. Augustine. This story was all over the Chicago media and received a lot of attention.
I don't understand for the life of me why people would waste time sending comments like Ms. Salty. It is very apparent she is jealous. If you want to have friends, show yourself friendly. If you are caustic, don't waste everyone's time. The show is positive and Jerry & Linda do this to help people and to entertain. Cut them some slack and be civil.

When I lived here in 2011-12 I had a part time job at Cane Garden cleaning the kitchen and outdoor patio from 9:30p.m. To 1:30am I was a 32 minute golf cart ride to home and had no problems even when a police car drove by me. Got home after 2am it was a good job for a guy like that doesn’t sleep much.
Great show. I know you were looking for a Tag Line for the good and bad emails. I like Sweet and Salty- but I like Sweet and SOUR a bit better.

😂I was still living in Illinois when they mentioned an alligator had been released by someone who couldn’t handle it anymore and then the call went out for someone who could catch it, so when Alligator Robb showed up I thought it was a family member from Duck Dynasty, but he caught that gator within an hour and sure enough he became an instant celebrity 👍🤣

When I was here in 2012 I was coming home from my late night job about 2:15 am and crossing the road just before the tunnel to go to Morris Blvd was about this 13ft Alligator with a fox in month. I don’t remember his name he was famous here and I’ve heard he finally was caught and was put in a Alligator farm. I stopped my cart and just stared at his enormous size.

I would Love to be a Golf Cart Police Officer. Just for speeders and Stop Sign runners.
When I was driving my golf cart down Morris Blvd and stopped at a red light the carts started lining up behind me. When the light turned green I pulled over first chance I had to let 5 carts go by 2 of the carts stopped to ask if I had a problem I said no this hog only does 19 mph so they thanked me foe it. I always pull over if a golf cart can pass.
I really enjoy your shows very helpful. Actually my brother and his wife are moving to the Villages in a couple of days, i feel sad but looking forward to visiting him at the Villages. Keep up with the wonderful shows. Hugs to Gizmo !!

Hey guys thanks for video. This is gator mating season and they are a bit more aggressive during season but they are usually very lazy.

Alligator relocation runs about 5k per gator according to a DNR officer from Sanibel Island whom I spoke to several years back.

My wife and I had a week vacation, there last year, we took the golf cart out in the middle of the night we were just fine. I got eaten up by mosquitoes.

Sorry to hear about that poor lady. When I used to frequent Sarasota and Bradenton from January 2009 - October 2010 every other weekend; I used to see usually baby ones on the side of roads. Being married to a PGA Professional and Golf Course Superintendent I’d like to weigh in on the condition of the courses.
It could possibly be that there’s a shortage of a couple of things.
1. It takes a special skill to mow golf course greens it’s not as simple as mowing your lawn. And the Villages might have a shortage of skilled labor to do that.
2. There’s also shortages of getting the special fertilizers etc in order to maintain greens, fairways etc. It’s not the same as going to the garden center and buying a sack of Weed & Feed. I’m sure that the Director of Golf for the Villages is aware of the problem (at least he should be) and is working to resolve the issues.
3. Don’t try to pull out weeds on the greens especially. Without knowing exactly what you are doing you could actually do more harm than good. So please don’t do that.
3. Sure it could be a matter lack of rain, however it’s most likely a supply and labor issue that is the cause.

Skip highlights kids behaving badly in The Villages, there are allot of them, always thought they should be vetted before living with their parents. Have a great week, Living the dream.
The sheer number of convicted felon "kids" in their 30s-60s who are living with mommy/daddy/granny in The Villages is disturbing. Most of them are up the the historic/Spanish Springs areas, and keep re-offending.
