      Yes that is a nenohi Nenox Yo Deba. Its not the GTYPE it looks like green stag handle Nenox yo deba.

    He is the master. For those that are interested that is the Nenohi/Nenox Yo Deba (I believe the 6" or relative closest to that version). It is not available in that black handle anymore, unless you get the G TYPE. Not a plug just for you knife nuts.

    I've always thought that Chef Ming and Chef Morimoto make a really great team for a show. Why is there no executives conjuring up a "The Chew - Pacific Rim"? Or "The Chew - Asian Cuisine"?
