Batros was always my favorite. An intelligent, capable villain prepared to stand up to Skeletor. I also liked that his design looked like it would have fit in perfectly in the vintage toy line.
One thing worth mentioning about Evilseed was how he was brought back and featured in the 2000 revamp series. Also the rerelease of the original action figure line now features him.
Batros was always my favorite stand alone villain. Not only was he very capable and intelligent but he also looked like he could have been in the vintage line. A lot of the Filmation villains looked a bit out of place to me next to the toy designs. I was always disappointed as a kid I couldn't find a toy of Batros. So glad we got him in classics.
The close up scene where The Enchantress is looking at her orb looks like the animators were seeing how close they could get with showing nudity. The orb covers most of her with only her shoulders up being visible and it looks like she’s missing some articles of clothing (ie. her cloak and the straps of her dress).
I personally always loved Negator as a villain (okay, I do understand that, on technicality, like Kothos, he appeared once PER season; but we only really need discuss "Game Plan" because...reasons). Also, I liked Game Master from "Pawns of the Game Master." I did love the villain of Lord Masque; so much so that I always honestly PREFERRED him over Skokoti (Skakoti? Shakotti? Sha-poo...just kidding, Rammy). Hands down, the best-of-the-best of the villains on Eternia outside of Skeletor's services was indeed Evilseed.
They renamed dragoon and gave him a different purpose in an episode of she- ra, don't know why, cant remember if his voice was the same. kind of the reverse version only in animation of when a show changes actors for the same character, and these are single stories too.
This list is for villains that appeared for only a single episode, Count Marzo has three episodes. Also for full transparency, I don't really like Count Marzo.

I really like Evil Seed.
Awesome video! I like Count Marzo too! In the 2002 version he's a badass!!
Lord Masque looks metal as hell!!
Great review! Evilseed and Shapoopi were the best one-offs!

Toy maker and spirit of Evil were great too
Man, all of these should have made at least one more appearance.
Doesn't the slave master look like a character from Bravestarr? Also he has the whole jaw section of Hordak!
Slave Master reminded me of Thunderstick.

Great job!!
I miss batros on your list

Wasn’t John Erwin the voice of Evilseed??
Yes he was
no it was squidward
I also really liked Dark Dream and Negator, even though he appears in two episodes and therefore wouldn’t qualify for this list.

what if lord tyron was hordak
Plundor the spoiler...evil bugs Bunny
and Count Marzo?

Like Cothos he was in two episodes.
